ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
According to Ashkenas et al. (2015), organizational structure involves a well-
demarcated method that decides on the different departments and allocated tasks in order to
achieve proper co-ordination. An efficient organizational structure would facilitate for better
flow of information, decision making process as well as conflict resolution strategies.
Generally an organization tend to become complex in its operational processes and therefore
