Planning-: This is the main function of management in order to CEO of company developing plan in order to attained organisation goal and objectives. It includes collection of al the resources in order to delegate the authority and responsibility to employees and they are responsible for outcomes ans set time limit because specific work accomplished within period of time(Burke, 2017). It is essential to focusing on work in order to sustain and survive organisation for longer period of time. Organisation-: This is the next function of management in order to plan the activities in order to properly organizing in order to smoothly run the business operations. Leading-: It includes managers and leaders work effectively and efficiently in order to sustain for longer periods of time.
