Along with this, the report include the relationshipbetween organisational culture and structure of two companies, such as- City college andenterprise car rental. There are so many factors that impact on individual behaviour in businessfor that their managers have to create some effective strategies (Wickramasinghe and Perera,2014). They are helpful in to developing worker's performance and their productiveness by thatboth industries are enable to achieve their goals and objectives. The report also based upon theleadership styles and its tools in different business to improves the performance of theiremployees and team members. Organisational structure and its framework also facilitate the nativity of efficient andeconomic performance of business organization. It also helps in execution management and theobservation of operations that are occur in City college and Enterprise Car Rental. If the bothorganisations are enable to establish coordination and cooperation among themselves so as itincreases the chances of goal accomplishment. Therefore, to enhance the productivity ofemployees, managers should have to regulate effective motivational tools & techniques andunderstand that how useful they are (Sandman and et. al., 2012). The above mentioned report isbased on teamwork and its effectiveness among business organisations so as they can easilycompete with external environment of the market. Functional structure is very easy to describe tosuppliers and workers whilst it also facilitate the interpersonal communication. So as italso supports in problem or issue solving matters of businesses and make a pool that canbe share and recognised (Wong, Wong and Ngo, 2012). Usually this structure also assistsin the development of employers and leaders in order to functional peers and goalachievement. Divisional structure – the model can be used in large industries so as it is beneficial fororganisations to operate their groups and products. The main benefit of this framework itworks more rapidly and specifically in order to accomplish goals and objectives fromtarget market.Matrix structure – Another organisation, city College should have to follow that kind oforganisational model. It is a hybrid of functional and divisional organisation structure. Asthe above mentioned organisation is a multi-national organisation so as matrix model isreally beneficial for it (Agarwal and et. al., 2012). Because it permits to the profits ofdivisional and functional framework that can be exist in to single industry. 1.2 Relationship between an organisation’s structure and culture Organisational structure and culture, both factors are responsible for improving theperformance of company in capital market. Along with this, the framework of business is helpfulin order to working performance of peoples in organisation. It is very critical for both parties,individuals as well as whole organisation. The relationship between organisational structure andculture it is an essential theme that is often overlooked. This is too hard to distinguish betweenone form another because both are very much intertwined. In City college, it framework is workwithin its culture but both are totally separate from each other.
