In this, the primary aspect which is carried with the palliative care is to focus on the patient support and care with the proper coordination and communication with the healthcare professional while sharing the complexities which is faced by Mr. Jagger during the service of care which is related with the palliative care. The palliative care service is usually provided by the team of the healthcare professional with the various range of skill which has ability to manage the patient life limiting illness by providing proper support through the medication and management which extend the life period of patient. 1

In addition to this, the spouses are used to hold the best aspect which show their continuation that is primarily focus on the context of patient. In addition, in order to support the families of patient, there are enormous of strategies which is taken in order to provide the context which show the factor which is related with the monitoring of the patient and providing the context which is related with pain management and other medication which is provided patient. The families usually want that the patient must take proper medication and diagnosis and their track are shared with the families which may show the aspect that support the families (McCaughan and et. al., 2018).
