the operations of an organization. In the covid-19 pandemic situation when businesses all over
the world face is great loss an organization LTR Association has also been affected by this
pandemic. Management of LTR to be taken care as work-from-home situations create various
issues in the organization. This is the reason that senior management requires Consultancy

INTRODUCTION
LTR stands for Luton Town Residencies because of its central office which is situated in Luton
Town Centre. The company operates with the mission to provide suitable housing to the local
community with the specific focus to support helpless individuals in the society (Christian
Wiradendi Wolor, Solikhah, Dewi Susita, & S. Martono, 2020). The general purpose of the
Association is to provide four housing blocks in several locations in Luton. The also provide
supporting housing to the needy individuals such as emergency hostels, transitional flats and two
hostels for young mothers. There are a number of staff which is working in the LTR association
in different functional team of the organization. The pandemic of COVID19 has affected all the
businesses all over the world and it has its impact on LTR also. This report contains impact of
COVID19 pandemic on the LTR association. There are several important issues present in LTR
association which are addressed in this report. Further it contains several recommendations
which helps the association to deal with this pandemic situations and issues in the organization.
MAIN BODY
Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on organizations
As per the view point of Prithwiraj Choudhury, 2020, Covid-19 has impacted in various
ways as it restricted all the operations of an organization. The impact of Covid-19 on various
functions of an organization given below
HR practices: The spread of Covid-19 and declaration of lockdown has post
organization to comply with restrictions related to the lock down and work from home is the only
immediate solution left for the continuation of a business. The aspect on which human resource
management is base that is human connect is not able to be completed by the HR practices which
creates a lack of communication and coordination between the employees. In case of LTR, the
Human Resource Department of the company also faces this problem as they are not able to
establish an effective communication between employees due to which the work of the
organization suffers.
Remote working employees: Remote working employees are the employees of the
organization who provide their services on the site or in remote areas in which the organization
operates. As the company is deals in residential housing services there are several employees in
