INTRODUCTION
Business management is the function as the branch which provides training and
development programs and knowledge in order to execute plan and make strategy for the
business. It is very important for the organization to get more opportunities. Management is the
concept in the organization or it is a business of government body or a nonprofit company. This
report is going to study about the business management and foundations of business management
and the impacts of covid-19 pandemic on the company. Also, This report is going to represent
the key issues which are facing by the LTR in context of remote working. LTR which is Luton
town Residency and their mission is to caters appropriate housing for local community.
MAIN BODY
Background of the company
LTR housing company which is operating in Luton with the aim of providing
appropriate and relevant housing for local communicative with the support and assistance to
vulnerable individuals. The organization is operates from central office which is situated in
Newton Town centre and also manage various distinct house block and general purpose housing.
They have four housing blocks in several location across the lutons with individual management
office (Xu, 2017). They have also supported housing which is two hostels for young mother age
in between 16 to 25 emergency hospitals for the younger people and transitional flats for the old
living care individuals in between 16 to 18 years old. The organization's General Purpose
Housing department is managed by separate functional teams, each of which is responsible for
monitoring and handling issues in their own region. A finance team, a facilities management
team, and a customer support team are also on staff.

How will the Covid-19 pandemic impact organizations, HR practices, remote working,
motivation and use of technology?
LTR is based in the Luton Town Centre, but it also owns and manages a number of
different housing blocks, divided into General Purpose Housing and Supported Housing. Due to
Covid19 pandemic its create huge impact on the hr practices, remote working and the motivation
of the workers (Recker, and Mendling, 2016).
HR practices: HR practises: The spread of Covid-19 and the announcement of lockdown has
forced organisations to comply with the lockdown's limitations, and working from home is the
