EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The foundation of administration focuses on planning, taking decision, organising and
providing direction, controlling staff member in order to increase their skill in proper manner. In
this assignment, the company's taken as LTR. It is considered as a housing association which is
located in Luton. The primary aim is to provide appropriate housing to local community along
with particular focus on providing help to vulnerable individual person. Therefore, in this report
there is a discussion regarding how covid-19 impose positive effect on success and growth of
organisation, issues and challenges faced by management team and its recommendation in order
to overcome from these kinds of challenges. The reflection is also discussed in this report.

INTRODUCTION
Foundation of administration use functional framework by adopting overarching managerial
elements like planning and taking decision, organising and controlling specific topic related to
administration. Herein, Luton town Residency is taken into account. It is determined as housing
Association that is operated their business in Luton. The primary purpose is to offer proper
housing to local community with specific focus on offering assistance and provide support for
help to vulnerable person. They focus on operating their business from a central office which is
situated in Luton Town centre and handle various different housing blocks, divide in basic
purpose housing as well supported housing. In this report, in first part, there is a discussion
regarding how COVID--19 pandemic imposes direct effect on the organisation, its HR practices,
motivation and use of innovative technology. In addition to this, there is an explanation
regarding key issues that is present within LTR in context of remote working and
recommendations provided to enhance remote working practices during particular phase of time
period. And in second part, there is a discussion regarding reflection that is used for enhancing
skill in order to perform their work in proper way (Bennett, James and Klinkers, 2017).
Background
The LTR is determined as a housing association which is located in Luton. The mission of
LTR project is to offer superior quality of housing services to local community in order to
provide them better living. The main purpose of this residency is to offer superior quality of
housing blocks services in various locations around Luton. In addition to this, they also provide
support to individual person in emergency hotel, individual person flat needed between the age
of 16-18 years, hostel for mothers. Therefore, it is assess that they provide support to different
age of individual person and it is determined as superior place for livelihood. It is analyse that
Luton town Residency project is offer sufficient facility and offer better method to live its life in
better way (Bibby, 2017).
