INTRODUCTION
In first part business analysis is developed on Easy Jet Company through various
models where business problems faced currently and how new strategies can help are
explained. In second part analysis is developed on self evaluation and analysis of various
skills and competencies holds vast importance for self growth and also potentially bringing
forward new work horizons having large scopes, which are analysed in this report by using
Kolb reflective cycle model.

The business analysis within report explains various models and strategies through
which wider performance goals and avenues can be improved further among wider paradigms
for connecting with new scenarios , leveraging wider working avenues where Easy Jet is
facing problems currently and how new working arenas can be built on.

Easy Jet is British low-cost airline group headquartered at London airport within UK where v
aviation industry is drastically competitively growing globally onto various avenues. The brand is

operating domestically and internationally scheduled services on over 1000 routes in more than 30
countries . With varied changes and rising competition company there are various issues brand is
facing which are analysed with various models in report.
Porter five forces framework
The porter five forces framework is one of the most innovative model where Easy jet
performance against competitive parameters can be analysed strongly , and improved
working actions be taken for wider functional working synergy among wider arenas.
Bargaining power of supplies (low): The Easy jet is not reliable and focused on the
supplies from suppliers or any other working fragment where new synergy of
stringent working avenues and stronger capital structure is working as strength within
business (Chatzi, Martin and Murray, 2019).
Threat of substitutes (high): The Easy jet faces threat from new brands and
competitive airways companies where large variety of sources and working segments
are highly innovative, and brining on various developed services with consumers
focused elements where new growth synergy is there.
Bargaining power of buyers (low): Easy jet however faces medium force from buyers
where bargaining powers of them is not high to impact company business scenario
negatively onto various paradigms where innovation shall be governed onto wider
arenas.
Threat of new entrants (high): the threat of new entrants in aviation industry is high
as Easy jet encompasses wide threat from various new companies from external
sources globally.
Industry rivalry (high) : Easy jet also faces high industry rivalry of rapid growth
paradigms and new innovation scope among major working arenas, new functional
metrics and stronger brands coming up for serving customers within business.
Pestle analysis
Political factors: Easy jet business faces risk of less business profits from European
countries due to brexit which has made operations way more expensive and also
functionally typical for managers and leaders within company.
Economic factors: The Easy Jet also have to strategically focus on economic
parameters for developing analysis on how consumers preferences, working goals are
impacting the business goals.
