AnilAmbani follows participative and delegative leadership style, as it will help in delegating theresponsibilities among the individuals in the organization. The characteristics of leadership help inunderstanding the process that can influence the behavior of individuals that involves more thantwo people who can handle the situations properly and tactfully (Edwards et al. 2015). VisionsThere are different visions proposed by Anil Ambani wherein he knows the correct wayof handling and investing money at correct places. There are different kinds of challenges that are faced by Anil Ambani that includescontroversial debates on influence vs. authority along with lack of feedback among the leaders(McCleskey 2014).
