BRIEF CASE OUTLINE
Paso Limited, a large sized firm which is located in Eastman,
Georgia deals in products like agricultural chemicals, pesticides,
detergents, soaps, development of agricultural products, and so
on.
There is a proficient team of manager from all gender as well as
diversity
The directors meet twice every month for review of the policies
for smooth operation of the company.
However the company have also been in the news for sustaining
poor work place conditions as well as spreading of environmental
pollution.
There are pending cases in the court that needs settlement in the
court
Overall the company has evoked several ethical questions
through its operations.

The ethical issues raised by the company have had great
impression up on their reputation in the market,
segmentation, output as well as efficiency.
There are three major ethical issues that the company have
been facing recently.
Firstly the operations of the company have been heavily
impacting the surrounding environment and they are
reluctant in addressing the issue.
Employee unrest have been common in the company over
the issues like pathetic and hazardous workplace conditions
(Zhao & Sun, 2016)
Lastly, it is the poor employment clauses in the employment
contract as well as the depreciation in the market share of
the company owing to a sharp decrease in the market share
of the organisation.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEM
In spite of having a well developed drainage system, in
rainy seasons constant blockages results in bursting of the
channels which exposes chemicals in surrounding areas.
This causes river contamination.
The same river is used for irrigation as well as for the
purpose of drinking.
Even the surrounding communities have raised queries
and issues.
As per business ethics, the company have to confirm that
they do not hamper the surrounding environment through
their production
Through their activities the company has caused
unwarranted harm to the neighbouring communities as
well as the employees
