INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse various theories, principles and models of teaching in own
area of specialism. This shows that how teaching practices differs at various level and what are
the key requirements while teaching. There is requirement of inclusive teaching practices which
shows that each individual has specific needs and wants. An inclusive behaviour will maintain
fairness and trust among student and give fair treatment to each child (Onyema, 2020). This
report is going to analyse the pedagogical principles and models used during learning and
education. Also, there will be discussion about various approaches in behaviour management.
Therefore, it creates practices impulsion of maintaining a safe and inclusive working
environment. It will helps in maintain an innovate approach of learning in business (human
resource management).
MAIN BODY
TASK
1.1 Analysis of some pedagogical principles I use:
Pedagogical principles are necessary to carry a way for providing knowledge and
information in different field of study. Teachers use different pedagogy in order to rely of
specific subject area. It can be analyse through specific needs and wants of the student and then
decide the most suitable teaching aid for the teachers. It is a kind of approach which needs to
emphasize on the subject area of learning. It can be demonstrated as social, political and
psychological development of the learners. This shows that how the learners can enhance and
improve their skills effectively. Therefore, these principles are described below:
Specialist knowledge: in pedagogical principle, specialist knowledge is necessary for a
teacher to provide accurate and relevant knowledge about the subject area. When a teachers get
expert in one field, they become specialist in their field (Hassan, Mirza, and Hussain, 2020).
There is an advantage of Having specialist knowledge in the field of study to solve each and
every problem of the student by solving doubts and issues. The disadvantage of not having
specialist knowledge is that, a teacher could not be able to adopt changes and new information as
per the dynamic situation.

Experiential learning: It has defined that experimental learning is necessary in human
resource management. When the teachers just not only focus on the theoretical concept and focus
on experiments, the knowledge become more helpful and long lasting. For example, I provide
case studies to solve business problems.
Multisensory Models: This is a kind of study in which student takes many assumption
and learn the concept in more than one sense. Some of these models are Visual, Auditory,
Kinaesthetic and tactile (Boud, 2018). It is beneficial to have knowledge of these models a there
are different types of students. In which, some can learn through visual presentation and some
requires reading. I can use more then one sense to make my student learn about human resources
practice. The disadvantage is that, I can barely provide students learn about new human resource
strategies and areas of working. When the teaching does not provided as per individual needs,
the learning will not be beneficial.
Scaffolding Learning: This learning is helpful for the student by providing support
throughout the study. Learning process involves analysing the topics, preparing notes and find
the practice of the concept. In own area of business HRM, I provide independence to the student
by giving task and assessment. It is beneficial to check their abilities to perform task which
shows proximal development (Chan, and Luo, 2022). I provide instrumental materials,
coursework book and case studies. The disadvantage of not using this principle is that the student
could not be able to achieve good score without getting further support.
1.2 Evaluate the effectiveness of use of creative and innovative approaches in own area of
specialism
The creativity and innovation is important in the own area of human resource
management within business. There are various approaches that can be utilised to enable great
teaching environment for student learning and knowledge. The more teachers will use creative
mindset to attract students, the more results will be desirable and effective. The theories of
teaching and learning are helpful in the business HRM (Foley, ed., 2020). They are helpful in
giving learning centred application, flexible online teaching and guidance and other facilities.
Innovative practice includes peer teaching, activity based learning, collaborative workplace. I use
other approaches as well which are useful in business HRM.
Padlet: It is a technological software which enable users share, maintain and organize
data and information. This cloud based service is crucial for my business HRM studies as there

are a lot of files and document to be kept secure. Therefore, the strength of using is it promote
privacy and security to keep content safe from cheating. The weakness of using padlet that, it
require good network connectivity. Without internet, nor data can be stored or checked. It
promote collaborative working as student could share their work with team members.
Kahoot: It is an effective platform which provide an online gaming zone for helping
student learns more attentively (Kim, Raza, and Seidman, 2019). It is effective as it provide
customisable quizzes in which students have answer the question and improves their knowledge
in the area of strategy. In business HRM, I teach students mainly through this approach by giving
them quiz Challenge and set prizes for the same. It helps me to attract students and make them
attentive.
Role play: it is also an innovative approach to engage students in learning classroom
sessions. I use this innovative approach in human resource management (Ally, 2019). The
students are able to learn how HR manager communicate and interact with employees and
prepare strategic plans. This enables role plays sessions which improve student skills like
management, communication and grouping. In the field of human resource management, role
plays are crucial for effective management practices.
Group discussion: This teaching approach is also effective in education and training, it
enables group session, interaction and promotes collaborative working while learning, it has
believed that, students learn better when they are in group (Andrade, and Brookhart, 2020). It
gives rise to development of new ideas and strategies which provide better learning environment.
This task is activity based in which students will get assessments and projects to do in groups. In
business HRM, group discussion are important to find many HRM issues, trends and cases by
communicating upon them.
3.1 Analyse theories of behaviour management.
Behaviour management is the process of guiding the students and telling them about the best
way of behaving. It is seen that positive and constructive approach is best to deal with the
students and to teach them (Moore and et.al., 2019). The attention must be given to the students
so that they are able to learn properly. The theories are mentioned below:
Skinner’s theory: It is stated that the behaviour of humans is based on laws and they follow the
same to take decisions. Other assumption says that they reach according to the environment and
the condition that is being provided to them.

Strengths: The students are treated according to the assumptions that they are able to manage the
work effectively.
Weakness: It is seen that it is difficult to work as per two assumptions and take a decision in
favour of students.
Maslow’s theory: This theory states that the needs of the students are in hierarchy. The teacher
must assure that they are able to provide motivation to the students so that they are able to learn
effectively (Clarke, 2020). The teacher needs to motivate the students and the needs are basic
need, security, social, esteem and self-actualisation. Strengths: The major strength is after one need is satisfied the next one arise and this
simplifies the process.
Weakness: All the students are different from one another and this is not sure that need of
all the students is satisfied together.
Belbin’s theory: This theory states that there are different members in team and they work
together to achieve the goals and objectives successfully. Strengths: The nine roles as per the theory are necessary for the students to understand
and implement.
Weakness: Conflicts among the team members cause problems and they are unable to
work with same effectiveness.
The use of all these theories is done by me to teach the students effectively. The use of Maslow
theory is done and the student will use the same in future. The Belbin theory is done to assign the
team work to the students. They are suitable for:
A. Individual needs: The needs of all the students are satisfied by taking care of them and
their needs (Jardí and et.al., 2021). The use of right theory will enhance the students to learn
effectively.
B. Threat: If they will not be learning properly then they will not get good placement.
C. Fear of change: The nature of environment is dynamic and there is need of carrying
research so that they are able to beat the change.
D. Conflict: There are regular changes in the education and the it becomes problematic for
the students to undertake those change. There are chances of conflicts among the students due to
the changes.

E. Group size: The group size must be 4-6 members so that each of them are able to
coordinate with each other. It will help them to manage team working effectively.
3.4 Explain how own practice in creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive teaching and learning
environment has taken account of theories of behaviour management
In own practice of teaching and learning, it is essential to create a safe and inclusive
teaching learning environment. Inclusive teaching is become crucial for every educational
student to promote good values, ethics and beliefs among students. This shows that how to
maintain a fair environment which promote equality and confidentiality. For example, in my own
area of business HRM, I promote equality consideration in respect to learn in the same
classroom. All the students gets immense support and opportunity during the learning and
practising (Dube, 2020). Also, in own area of development, there are key management practices
which enable good values and theories among student to utilise in the learning. As per behaviour
management, I utilised effective strategies for analysing student attitude, interest and knowledge
about the business HRM. I promote group discussions, peer activity to involve collaborative
learning. It will helps the student to boost their specific skills. There is requirement of key
practices that will showcase how an individual treat others during group discussion. Also, this
shows behaviour and attitude towards learning (Pokhrel, and Chhetri, 2021). For example, I take
feedbacks and doubts session which showcase their problems while learning. It makes the
communication iterative and two ways through online platforms. This makes the student
motivated and clear with their issues and problems.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that teaching and education require theories and principles of
any teaching programmes. There are many pedagogical principles have identified which promote
every individuals needs and wants during learning. One of the crucial principle is to have
specialist knowledge in own filed of teaching. This shows that when the teacher has
specialisation area, there will be better options for providing knowledge about business HRM.
Therefore, these practices are effective in creativity and innovative development. The most
important softwares and strategic use are padlet, Khoot, role plays and group discussion.
