INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse about the teaching methods, theories and models about the
learning and education. It has analysed that. There is requirement of effective learning potential
in order to make sure that the learners will take participate in it. Teaching involves various ways
to meet with the individual needs. As every student is different in learning from each other. As a
teacher, it consists great skills, behaviour and knowledge to attract learners towards studies. This
shows that, it is better to apply relevant models and theories to learn about what students wants
and prefer in their learning aspects (Andriani, Kesumawati, and Kristiawan, 2018). This report is
going to consider about the role of pedagogical principles, use of effective resources and how
planning and developing helps in ensuring better performance of the students. Therefore, the
lesson plans, assessments and scheme of work will be the useful evidence to ensure teaching
methods, courses and student participation in inclusive learning.
MAIN BODY
TASK – 1
1.1 Examine the application of pedagogical principles in own area of specialism
In order to maintain effective learning environment within the classroom it is required to
follow pedagogical principle. Teachers uses this pedagogical method to teach students for
enhancing their knowledge so that they can achieve success. The most importance principles of
pedagogy for providing better education to students are stated below -
Motivation – Motivation in student’s life plays the most significant role for developing
students learning ability. The teachers motivate students for their effective and better
performance the confidence level of students rises. When well performing students are
praised then other students also inspires to perform well and achieve the top position. The
relationship of students and teachers also starts developing as students will feel
comfortable in sharing the problems faced by them (Aziz, Mahmood, and Rehman,
2018). The teachers will also take initiation in solving student’s problem. This is who the
culture or environment of classroom will develop and become positive which is crucial
for provide effective learning to students.
Inclusion – According to this principle every student can build an equal learning
capabilities so they should be having right to get high quality of education. When equal
