There were differentsustainability initiatives that were applied by the company in order to help the employees infeeling motivated. However there are different initiatives that have been implemented by therespective company Cirque Du Soleil but there were issues in the organization that were notsolved properly of different grievances of the employees. The main aim and purpose of the report is to analyze the different issues in thesustainability initiatives in the organization named Cirque Du Soleil. The main duty of thehigher officials of the organization was to generate proper incentives to the employees as thiswill help them in gaining proper competitive advantage in the organization. The organizationneeds to properly implement strategies such as providing lucrative packages and providingflexible week offs as this will help in retaining the individuals in the organization (Simon2015). Issue 3There has been a different issue relating to the contribution of the initiatives that helpsin enhancing human and social outcomes for the respective organization’s human resources.Murielle Cantin was good and performed well as the casting director of Cirque Du Soleil, butCirque Du Soleil should hire one human resource manager in the respective organization asthis will help in resolving the issue related to the organization. The main issue that has beenfaced by Cirque Du Soleil was decrease in the margin of the profit of the company in thepast. The other issue that was related to case was the frustration of the employees in theorganization. The sustainability initiative that has been implemented by Cirque Du Soleil
