BACKGROUND
The performance management is a method that assist the managers monitor and
determine the work (DeNisi and Murphy, 2017). The management of performance aimed to
create the environment in which employees can contribute their best potential with higher
efficiency and effectiveness. The human resources are having different analytical and metrics
which are used to calculate the performance of every employee in the organization. Tesco is an
international company and a big retailer having headquarter in UK. This proposal is to present
an over view of the dissertation in this we will analysis the Human resource metrics which help
employees of Tesco to enhance their performance.
Aim
To analysis the role of HR analytical and metrics to improve the performance of employees in
Tesco.
Objectives
To analysis concept of performance management and importance for HR.
To identify different methods that can be used for implementation of HR metrics.
To study HR metrics and practises impact on performance management of employees of
Tesco.
To provide appropriate recommendation for the challenges for HR while managing
performance with Tesco.

Rationale
The reason behind conducting this research is to evaluate the role of human resource and
their metrics is vital to improve the performance of employees of Tesco (Aguinis, 2019). As the
practises of human resource are being important in management of performance of employees as
they are only to provide training and develop the employees. In this we will analysis which
