The report is prepared to discuss the impact of new
generation robotics and artificial intelligence in the future,
after 40 years
The impacts created in the early days, i.e., 30 years before
and how it changed the workplace scenario will be
illustrated here as well.
The implementation of AI can bring various development
and growth in the business positively.
The new generation robotics will give rise to proper
employment scopes and benefit the society, furthermore
contribute to the economic growth.
The three major occupational areas considered here
include doctors, teachers and small businesses.

Artificial intelligence
The utilisation o advanced machineries,
requirements associated with the natural
intelligence possessed by the human beings
Electronic devices are used to manage machine
learning and link the cognitive functions with
the human mindset to resolve issues
The machine learning and artificial intelligence
could reduce the workload and improve the
abilities of individuals in the occupational areas
too.

Doctors
During the last 40 years, the occupation of
doctors are to deliver proper medical services
for the betterment of health of individuals.
With the growth in health workforce, the
demand for health services also increased
During the 1970s, the cost of health care
services were considerably lower when
measured in terms of the hours of working
The transformation of general practice had been
possible with the implementation of AI and
machine learning

Artificial intelligence will introduce robots for
providing health care services in the next 30 to 40
years
It s though considered that the surgeries done by
human doctors are more reliable than the AI
supported health care services
Royal Melbourne Hospital wants to apply AI and
machine learning for delivering best quality services.
The surgeries will be done by human doctors only
while the robots can control the devices and provide
necessary support through proper control of medical
devices.

Teachers
The apprenticeship model was useful in the past
years for facilitating the teacher development
At that time, specific teacher training institutions
were developed to apply the apprenticeship
model and shift towards craft of teaching
A huge amount of cost was incurred at that time
to provide training to the public servants during
1980s.
According to UNESCO 2030 Agenda, aims are to
overcome poverty issue and allow every
individuals to access quality education

The introduction of digital teachers could decrease
the workload and ease down the ability to provide
quality education to all.
The robotic teachers, when programmed properly,
could result in preventing discrimination of people
while teaching.
A fun and frolic teaching environment will be
promoted
The teaching profession should improve in the
upcoming years with the application of AI and
robotics and influence positive behaviours among
individuals too.

Small business owners
There were lack of employment
opportunities, because of which, people
started businesses.
The small businesses hardly flourished due to
the presence of such large organisations that
already captured a good market share
The unavailability of raw materials and
resources further contributed to the lack of
business functioning for the small businesses.

AI and robotics transform the entre way of
business functioning for the small businesses in
the upcoming years
AI and machine learning could develop CRM
systems to manage the information of clients and
respond to their queries properly
The automated marketing systems would be
developed
Better customers’ services should be provided
and transform the small businesses by
contributing to the economic growth as well

Conclusion
The AI and new generation robotics mainly could
create positive impacts on the occupations like
teachers and small business owners
The human doctors are considered as better option
for carrying out surgeries in health care
organisations
The human resources would be managed properly
and more employment opportunities should be
created in the years to come
Small businesses would be benefited by providing
better customers services through automated
systems and ensure customer satisfaction too.
