improvements in many of the areas and incorporating the coaching and mentoring will enable the
company to increase the performance level of the organisation.

to the staff which will enable them to learn things and make less mistakes. Through such
strategies and corrective measures, the Oakwood Health company will be able to provide good
quality services to its mental health patients.
The another objectives is to providing the effective strategies by the management of the
organisation which will help them in increasing the level of the performance of the overall
organisation. It is very important for the organisation to take the actions over the prevention of

the mental health conditions patients within the organisation. The strategies must be formulated
by the organisation as this will help them in better managing the performance of the staff.
Creating the awareness among the staff for prevention of the mental health will lead to
better and positive results among these patients. This will enable the staff to take effective care
