INTRODUCTION
As the society is developing very rapidly due to which the competition in the market has
also been increased. Because of this increased competition it has became very important for the
employer to focus upon their employability skills. These employability skills will be beneficial
for the company in order to get an edge over its other existing competitors by employing those
graduates who possess a wide range of skills and are having many skills so that one person can
be able to do various roles required in the business. Getting a job is also very competitive in
today's market and an employee must focus upon his skills and have knowledge about the
employability skills which a employer expects in a new graduate. This reflective report is
prepared for the purpose to know about my employability skills and the strengths and weakness
to remain in a company like Facebook. The Gibb's Reflective Cycle model of reflection will be
followed in this report. In this report communication skills, research skills, team work skills,
problem solving skills will be covered.
MAIN BODY
As every employer wants a skilled employee in the company and Facebook is not an
exception to this. By employing the skilled employees in the Facebook it will lead in achieving
goals and success for the company. There are various employability skills which a person should
posses while working in Facebook. Those employability skills has been discussed following:
Communication Skills
Having a good communication skill is a basic requirement for any employee because it is
the most important thing which is required at our workplace in order to complete the tasks given
to us by the employer. These communication skills covers oral as well as written. In some cases
an oral communication will required such as convincing clients for using the products and
services of their company. While if the matter is related to some government office, the written
communication skills will be used. I possess very good communication skills which many a
times has resulted in the benefit of the company as due to my communication skills oral as well
written many people started using our services(Abas and Imam, 2016).
Team Work Skills
This skill is also required by the employers as in present time every task would be
completed in the team work. As I have worked earlier also in the completion of various tasks
