Self-managed Learning is a process outside the classroom where learning is implemented by an individual only. It helps in identification and development of various skills, abilities and competencies so that a person can attain their personal and professional goals in order to succeed. Promoter style- This style can be used for gaining successful position in the organisation. As with the help of this style work in Travelogue can be completed in a professional manner. This style will be suitable for high level employees in the organisation. Analyser style- This style is generally used to analyse the assigned task in the proper manner so that better results are drawn out. So the employees of Travelogue will be provided a proper set of information to compete the task in the effective and efficient manner. This style is generally suitable for middle and low level stages in the organisation Effective communication- The focus can be emphasised on improvingtherelationshipamongthesuperiorand subordinate.Thiscanbedonebymaintaininggood communication in the organisation. Communicateinavarietyofstyleandappropriate manner at various level. Communication is the most essential for completing the functions in the proper manner. If the plans and strategies in the organisation are not communicated in the proper than theactivitiesandworkoftheorganisationwillbe disturbed. Some of the most important style are as follows- Controllerstyle-This style is dictatorialbecausethis majorly depend upon the interest of the individual for completing task in the organisation. This style is generally not as effective style because every individual performs in a different manner. So the work using this style might not be completed on time. PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Introduction Solutions to work based problems There are various problems which are faced by Travelogue and it is important to find proper solutions. The various techniquesfortheidentificationoftheproblemsare discussed below- Identification of the issue- The identification and analysis of various problems in the organisation is a necessary step. This is because Travelogue can face various problems for completing the day to day problems. Providetraining-Adequatetrainingissuescanbe provided for the reduction of issues in the organisation. Thiswillalsohelpinmotivatingandguidingthe employees of Travelogue. The skills can be improved as per the current working environment. Reduce the workload- Reduction in the workload will be reduce the chances of employee turnover and absenteeism in Travelogue. The work can be given keeping in mind the efficiency level of the individual in the organisation. From the above study it can be concluded, that skills and abilities play a major role in the establishment of an individual in an organisation.Itsuggeststhatpersonalandprofessional development needs to be undertaken by an employee to enhance the skills possessed and to develop new skills.
