INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is a method or way for assess an individual own
skills, abilities and capabilities with motive of achieving their goals and objectives in a way that
aid to realise true potential of an individual. PPD plans are used for various purposes such as to
improve individual efficiency and to implement decided steps different ways such as coaching,
education, mindset and training are used that enhance or increase work capabilities of an
individual. Continuous professional development ensure that knowledge of person is boost up to
complete task with competent practices through engaging update knowledge in completion of
their project (Ahmed, 2018). Moreover, this report highlights on the detailed action plan related
with personal and professional development and the self-reflection steps of an individual career
plan. Strength and weakness related with self actions will also included in this report. In the last,

Personal and professional development plan
Personal and professional development perform an important role for an individual and it
aid to engage all those methods which are important to learn. In the current scenario, this is
difficult for the person to learn about the constant methods related with academic field factors.
Therefore, to identify and engage appropriate plan related factors this is crucial for the individual
that personal and professional development plan and induce all those steps that are important to
achieve the decided goals. Their are different benefits offered by the PPD plan to the person and
most of them are engaged towards the completion of task according to decided academic project

and weaknesses (Anders, 2018). I am also focused to develop and follow a PPD ( personal and
professional development plan) because this is useful for accomplish of personal development

higher education.
SWOT ANALYSIS

Skills persons perform an important role to enhance their own productivity by identifying the
strength related factors. This is also used for make effective communication techniques through
this the threats and weakness related factors are also analysed by individual for minimise
problems related with their work roles (Baecher and Chung, 2020). Some SWOT related factors

 To increase the knowledge related with practical skills in a period of three months for
improve the work productivity.
 To understand the importance of theoretical aspects and factors for analyse their roles in
learning of academic skills through measure and compare their outcomes with previous
results.

 To understand the systematic methods for complete the work with decided approach in
order to engage right activities specifically related with academic areas.
 To organise various training sessions which improve the strength to learn and adopt
essential knowledge in minimum time-period.

required to improve performance among all over the world. Within context of professional

interpersonal and communication skills is important to deliver and fantastic for learn in

formulate but they are complex to implement (Jansen and et. al., 2021). Furthermore, in the

project relates with lack of confidence and inappropriate time-management. This results that
delay in workforce consider towards the enhance of job role. Moreover, my ability to complete
task is weak due to this my overall work-performance is impacted and this is because work-
experience and the development of skills is complex to maximise.
CPPD- Continuous professional and personal development plan perform an important role
because this is related with personal responsibilities related factors. On the other side, maximise
of learning and development opportunities helps for complete work with high potential. This also
refers for engage the persons to engage and develop all knowledge which is related with
potential roles. On the other side, employer plan, update and maintain all those factors that strong
structure for business. Moreover, it also provide important knowledge to employer for make
professional knowledge to manage task in a retrievable manner. In simple terms, continuous

professional development cycle refers to the circular series of activities that helps for identifying
development needs in order to perform all learning activities with an appropriate approach. Some
of the CPPD steps are mention as follow:
 Identification of needs- Different methods exists and they are used by me for identify the
development of needs. With understand of all skills and academic forces this is
understand that management receive appropriate information related with current
knowledge areas. In simple terms, with engage of particular area and knowledge related
factors this is easy to engage planned activities.
 To plan and carry out development activities- Formal sections like, training session,
courses and qualifications all perform an important role to manage all task with decided
approach (Knoetze and McCulloch, 2017). Most of the information which is provided by
management relates or consider the self-funding factors in order to complete work with
online-resources.
 Reflecting- Reflection perform an important role and this is used to develop the
professional development factors in order to manage all task in a continued manner.
Learning perform an important role to identify different number of activities and this aid
for learn all work according to development activity. This is also used for analyse
upcoming threats.
 Implementation of learning- Training courses perform an important role for me because it
aid my plan to share all important information according to decided job areas. In the

contemporary theory is engaged. To learn this development of areas perform an
important aspect to manage task according to work stages.

Issue and problems explored with their impact on planned activities
Due to the changes in current plan steps this is understand by me that it is difficult to
engage effective work related factors in business (Lahiri, Lucarotti and Gortney, 2021).
Therefore, as an individual this is considered by me that work is performed according to planned
activities. But, as this is already stated that plans are complex to implement because of their
difficult factors. Time-period and delay in completion of work reflect that this is complex to

implement learning related areas according to time. Some of the major issues related with work
planned levels are mention as below:
 Change in plan of work activities- In the present scenario, academic sections induce
various changes related with work factors. This is also used for analyse work plans and
according to the work-related areas it is easy for management of academic department to
manage task according to decided plans. Thus, change in work activities create problems
for explore new areas in the academic related systems.
 Evaluation of academic systems- With change in work related factors it is understand that
because of the work related areas this is important for me to utilise CPPD plan related
activities (Lebor, 2017). The current academic related systems define all those outlined
areas that are important in enhancement of work policies. It create issue because work-
experience is complex to learn and carry the planned steps in daily business activities.
 Understand of academic skills- According to current market areas this is identified by me
that because of different academic related knowledge this is not necessary that all work is
completed according to decided skills. Furthermore, skills related issue create complexity
for the individuals because of sudden change in work environment. It define that work-
experience create problems if it not match with current factors.
SELF-REFLECTION
With engage of existing plan steps related with PPD and CPPD it is identified that the
current knowledge related with work plans aid to enhance overall work productivity through
performing task with decided approaches. By engage of the work related knowledge it is
understand that plan related factors use all information for improve organisational productivity to
manage task with decided duty. Formulation of work methods is one of the most important factor
and according to current scenario, various learning opportunities is identified and this helps in
analyse of all areas (Makovec, 2018). On the other side, with induce of different work
capabilities and sections the organisation make results that increase strength of work capabilities.
Transferability of skills perform an important role and as per current scenario, this is understand
that to shape the work actions. The focus of current continuous personal and professional
developed areas individuals analyse the all personalised factors in order to increase the academic
related knowledge. With shape the work related factors management use company sections and
current needs to increase work-experience. This is important for the individuals that they invest

their time as well as efforts to manage work according to decided sections. Innovation perform
an important role and as per the decided areas this is used in completion of project with new
work approaches (Mantzourani and et. al., 2021). Also, according to current plan sections this is
understand respective interest areas helps to increase the work-experience related with
knowledge. With shape of work related activities the capabilities areas and their interest in work
hospitality sectors. The room factors considered towards assist of strategic areas that make all
positions according to work areas.
This is important for the persons to manage task with decided knowledge and according
to current market factors. It is identified that all work related factors helps in analysis of work
related transactions through assigning work related roles and skills. One of the current
requirements related with areas of business this is considered that the self-reflection aid me to
achieve decided objectives in order to understand work related areas.

Development of employability skills
The term employability skills work are those core skills as well as traits which are
required among each and every job. On the other side, employability skill also engage the soft
skills because it allow the persons to perform their task with others in an appropriate and
effective manner. My main focus is to learn more employability skills because this helps in
creation of task with decided work factors. Communication, teamwork, critical thinking, etc. are
the skills that perform an important role and to convey the current data this is important that both
all individuals enhance their work capabilities factors to understand the overall information
related with work directions (Morozova and Kuzheleva, 2020). Some skills that are crucial for
employability are mention as follow:
 Written Communication- Employers look for all those candidates which have more
strong communication skills and it is used to convey the information in a clear and
transparent manner. Employers want workforce which have more strong verbal and non-
verbal communication skills in order to manage and understand all work by exchange of
academic area knowledge. I am more focused to improve my written communication and
also to become good listener because this helps for complete task in a right directions.
 Teamwork- The other important skill to complete work in a well-prepared manner is to
engage effective team-members in organisation. In the present scenario, globalisation

results in completion of their task at a same level and due to this availability of resources
exists at same level with same quality (Pedersen, 2017). Therefore, team-members are the
most important asset and they aids an organisation for achieve competitive-advantage in
market. Within context of academic areas teamwork helps to learn different concepts
through discussing them with team-members.
 Critical thinking- This refers an individual ability to analyse, interpret and understand all
information in order to draw meaningful outcomes and conclusion from report. This also
define job related factors for manage the work according to the decided functions
specifically, to solve the problems in an organised manner. In the present scenario,
employees require more knowledge and critical thinking factors to solve the company
problems in a more logical manner. The current focus of my selected course is to engage
and analyse all those situations that make logical factors.
With understand of the course sections this is identified by me that my skills and capabilities is
improved (Pugh and Broome, 2020). By engage of all current areas the management consists
towards the situations that makes a broad category to follow academic rules. The current
personal and professional development plan relates with all those areas that make all knowledge
related areas with extensive programming factors. My course action are dedicated towards the
increase in work related areas by engaging work-experience related skills and knowledge.
CONCLUSION
From the basis of above discussed report this is concluded that both professional and
personal development related factors are important role to accomplish high success. Personal and
professional development plan and also CPPD engage the work related steps for increase their
academic knowledge as well as course related actions in order to attain all goals with decided
approach. SWOT analysis is one of the most important model and this aid to increase self-related
knowledge through understanding strength and weakness related areas of professional
development. In the last, with formulation of professional and personal development plan this is
easy for the persons to increase their work knowledge.
