has been laid on interpersonal as well as transferable skills along with time management
strategies that are effective for business. Lastly, communication styles along with solutions to
work based problems have been mentioned in this report.

performance of employees. Effectiveness of this strategies assign the task as per the skills and
knowledge so that work can be accomplish on specified time. Through analysing the workload of
the workers manager of the Travelodge can give work accordingly which saves the time of of
employees and high authorities.
Setting Objectives: Setting objectives of the company which arrange a systematic way for
an organisation on daily basis activities. Organization have their particular goals and objectives
so that they can measure their employees performance and activities in a right manner. Through
this strategies manager of the Travelodge get to know that at which time periods the objectives
are set as per that workers performance can be evaluated so that they do not feel overburden.
Making and Keeping appointments: It is a very useful strategy where manager keeps
their record on a daily basis performance in order to evaluate the task which allotted for every
employee in a Travelodge. By making and keeping appointment up to date manager of the
Travelodge can know about the work performed by each workers as well as the time at which it
is done.
Self-awareness and get motivated with focus: This is the primary for an individuals to
get motivated at any kinds of situations; thus, they can perform its task in proper way. Only goal
setting is not needful but also it is must to concentrate on each of them. To raise my
determination, I can view few motivational videos.
In travelodge hotel through an employees survey it have analysed that there are some
problems occurring such as excessive workload, low employees morale, less workers
encouragement, low job satisfaction, stress, ineffective communication, unrealistic targets and so
on. In order to overcome from these issues some time management strategies are applied by the
company. According to the analysing of effective time management strategy things can be done
at the right time and place which reduce the problems of different task at one time (Walsh and

mind, so an organization can make their employees desirable. So, Travelodge using time
management strategy which provides benefits for their employees and grab the customer
attention.
