INTRODUCTION
Every individual has different perspectives as well as on the basis of which they
possess strength and behaviour. It is important to focus on quality of a person so that
planning for achieving goals is done accordingly (Scherer, 2017). It has been further
analysed that with proper use of strength knowledge and skills individual is capable of
accomplishing their set objectives in a specific time period. Also workshop exercises are
essential because they gives a new path to person as it helps them in development of their
future context experiences. Main aim of this essay is to understand the importance of
strength of a person and how it can be used as a quality. This essay consist of examining
quality with the implementation of theory, how the identified quality is used as a strength,
challenges encounter in workshop exercises and experiences.
MAIN BODY
Explain Quality by linking it with relevance theory
Quality is defined as a attributes and features of a person behaviour which can impact
on decision making. It is necessary for every person to be aware and active about quality of
their own which is possessed by them so that in become convenient for them to accomplish
goals as well as set objectives within a specific time interval. Each and every function has a
different form of quality depending on which they act and behave with others. Without
identifying self-own characteristics it is not possible for person to achieve their goals and
deal with different situations. Workshops and seminars help a person to develop a new skill
set for their better future. For instance, in the earlier digital marketing modelling workshop,
attendees could learn the pattern of exploring and interpreting data of a spread sheet. It
further allows data management and manipulation (Hylchuk, 2017).
For example I am and professional MBA and also have degree of BCA. Due to this
both technical and non-technical field I have many important qualities and strength which is
used by me with the proper consideration as because these qualities help me out in carrying
out my long term and medium term goals effectively. Moreover it has been also specify that
in order to analyse myself on reality kolb’s reflective cycle theory is being explained as
follows-

It is a theory in which analysing the experiences of individual in order to expand the
experimental learning offer specific person based on their encountered experience. This cycle
help in and how well the deal with those situations in past experiences. So this learning
theory comprises of different stages which are discussed below-
Concrete experience- It is the first stage of the cycle in which it reflects about the detail
experience of past situation how I and why there arises. So, when I was in my college I was
doing MBA a situation arises in which urgent presentation about to be given by me for
which I was not fully prepared and I felt nervous at that time. It was the most challenging
experience with I faced because my mentors me to give presentation on that day has 50% of
marks were carried by that presentation of my practical exam (Ansari, 2019).
Reflective observation- This the past experience of my MBA was challenging as well as
it also benefit me because on those past experience is I was capable of analysing my own
strength and weakness. So, as mentors asked to deliver presentation or digital marketing and
its impact on small and medium enterprises. This situation arises because one of my team
members was absent and all responsibilities were to be given to me mot I was not ready for
presentation but I asked teachers to give some time for the preparation. This workshop was
being carried out within the campus of college and it was necessary for me to present a
presentation in front of whole department. After properly observing others how they give
presentation on different topics I prepared myself and I was confident enough to present
presentation on the stage.
Abstract conceptualisation- In this third aspect of cycle it focuses on how well the
situation was handled and managed by individual, what steps were taken to improve it and
