3.3 Reflection for personal Development Plan
The experience of developing and implementing personal development plan was really
a interesting process. I have learned a lot from the process. I have started this process form the
personal evaluation process in which I have used SWOT analysis to known personal strengths
that I already have. Weaknesses too are also evaluated in this process to know the skill which
are need to be developed or improved in order to improve the education process and
professional carrier. In the personal skill analysis process some opportunities and threats are
also analysed in order to improve all aspects that are related to self efficiency. The process of
personal evaluation was really difficult for me. This was really hard to find personal
weaknesses which should be considered in the personal development pan. After evaluation
process I have prepared a personal development plan which is addressing the skills that are
lacking in me or need to be improved to meet benchmarking standards that are defined by me.
This is how all these skills are documented with strategies and resources that are required for
development process to meet all the standards which are included in personal development
plan effectively.

4.1 Select Solution to Work Based Problem
The problem in case of national Trust is that some of its old employees feel that they are
working harder than new members of the team. This suggest that they may harass new
members and new members may get bullied by old members in case situation remains the
same (An, Nam and Qin, 2020). This is a serious problem as this may affect confidence and
motivation of new members. This also affect old members as they may feel they are being
treated as new members even when they are working harder and more than new members.
To solve this problem new members are required to give additional training.
Old members should also be conveyed that new members have just joined and this is why their
initial performance is slow.
To solve this problem techniques that manager should-
Consider Everyone's Interest
Firstly identify the problem and who are being affected by that problem.
This is followed by analysis of the problem whether it really exist or not and what is the level
of impact.
Manager should understand perspective of both parties.
The decision that manager take should consider both the parties and in case one is proved
guilty then appropriate action should be taken so that any other person do not repeat the
mistake.

One of the tool that can be used to solve this situation is that Manager should organize a
meeting where new members and old members are available. While doing this manager can
ensure that members express their problems and why they feel the way they feel. This will
allow new members to know the perspective of old members and old members can also
understand perspective of new members. This will allow manager to make decision which are
agreed by both new and old members and also solve issues of the members.
4.2 Workplace bullying and harassment
(Covered in Poster)
Bullying refers to unwelcome behaviour which occurs over a period and is meant to harm
someone specially those who are powerless to respond. Bullying in verbal form includes
teasing and threatening someone to cause any type of harm (Wang and et.al., 2018).
Social bullying includes excluding someone from a event in this case if a senior
member excludes a junior member from the meeting in which they can be present this will be
considered as social harassment. In this case senior members of organisation who feel they are
working more than new members may threaten new members to cause any type of harm. This
is known as workplace bullying.
Workplace Harassment refers to belittling behaviour at the workplace. Any typeof
mistreatment as workplace is considered as workplace harassment.
In case staff feels that they are being bullied or harassed than they can-
Report to their senior manager and legal authority at national trust. In case the person
harassing is senior manager than the staff should report to their senior manager.
They should boost their confidence so that they can resist the person who is harassing them.
Harassment usually happens with them who are seen weak to respond to harassment. Showing
trust will solve this problem.
Staff members should remain aware of their rights.
