Present report highlights the solution to the work based problemsans also communicate in various styles and suitable manner at different levels. It also useseffective time management strategies and also analysing them(Avidov-Ungar, 2016).TASK 11.1 approachers of self managed learningSelf managed learning is the technique in which individual learn the new thing from self for theneed of the organisation. there are some approachers for the self managed learning which help to manage the self learning.Learning through research: learning through research known as the learning something newusing the research. this is the new way of learning in this way individual learn something newwhen they started the research and it helps to lean something new from himself(Bennett-Levy,2018).Learning from other: this is the other type of self learning and also the most common way ofthe learning. it will include the learning from the other like using internet, seminar,coaching/mentoring, conferences and social networks etc.using internet: internet play the big roll in the self managed learning. Anythingwhich you want to learn that all thing are available on the internet it helps theperson to learn new thing. Seminar: seminar is the other way of learning. In the seminar the any individualgives the lecture on the specific topic and other person listing this thing and ifthey any query about the any point or the topic they can rise the question and theindividual gives the clarification about it(Brody and Hadar, 2015). 1
