Performance of all individual is significant and important at the work
place in health and social care. There are some amounts of contributions
as social worker in the health and social care-
In the work place, I mainly focus on the needs and requirements of
customers.
I will try my best to examine their needs and fulfil them effectually.
I have crucial skills like computer skills which helps in making effectual
contribution of mine.

Analysis how limits at work role impact on
others
In order to maintain discipline in the organization, each and every
employee’s have some limits which have great impact on their work. Even
I have to work in limits as heath and social care worker. I prefer Tuckman
Model in the organization which helps in maintaining the discipline in the
organization. It is tool which helps in developing team work in the
organization. It is mainly a team building challenges.

There are four factors in Tuckman Model
Forming- In this stage the team is assembled by what kind of people are
in the team and what are their task.
Storming- The team is becoming more close and trust is build in each
and every members. There are some battle arises in a team.
Norming- At reaching this stage, the team reaches at the stage of
development of entire group. The team starts working in a better way.
Any task is not taken personally any more.
Performing- At this stage the team operate as a single unit. They all
work in achieving the gaals and objective of organization. They all
perform for a common goals and objectives.

Analysis the role in minimising barriers to
effective teamwork in the organization.
When there is effective team work, their will be success. There are
some significance for effectual team work which can be developed to
gain the most effectual outcomes at the workplace.
 Leadership- leadership is refers to a quality which lead all the
employees in a team. Leader has power to direct the employee’s to
achieve the common goals.
 Communication- Communication is the essence of an organization
or a team. Ineffective communication become the critical barriers in
team work.
 Motivation- Motivation is the essence of any business. It is very
important to have motivation skills in each and every person.

Belbin model
 Resources investigator ; The resource investigator is the executive
who is never in his room, and if he is, he is on the telephone. The
resource investigator is someone who explores opportunities and
develops contacts.
 Team work : Team workers make helpful interventions to avert
potential friction and enable difficult characters within the team to use
their skills to positive ends.
 Co- ordinator : The co-ordinator is a person-oriented leader. This
person is trusting, accepting, dominant and is committed to team
goals and objectives.
 Plant : The plant is a specialist idea maker characterised by high IQ
and introversion while also being dominant and original.
