Introduction
This presentation is discussed about development in my abilities and
understanding related to my work in health and social care practices.
There is some effective increment in my skill which is set but due to
their appropriate roles and responsibilities and there is some limit
which put over the work with others. I try to reducing the issues and
barriers of team work in HSC practices and also try to improve their
personal contribution.

Effectiveness Of Personal Contribution
While Working In HSC
I have required skills such as analysis ability and computer skills
which are assist in making my contribution effectively.
Within an organisation my focus is on customers and their needs.
I will try my level to identify their needs and satisfy them in
effective manner.
My roles and duties towards working place are helping me in
increasing confidentiality.
