The personal and professional development is a continuous process and a formal means
through which an individual set the standardised goals and objectives and starting put more
efforts to get achieve those goals within the stipulated period of time. It is a learning prospect
under which the working efficiency of an employee become vaster by which they get performed
their work with more sufficiency (Boylan, 2018). The development is the process through which
the repetitive improvisation and up gradation in the skills, knowledge, ability, experience, values,
attributes will get enhanced that helps and individual to make themselves different from the other
people and helps to gain the better growth and success in future period of time. This report is
based Tesco that is the largest multinational retailer in UK have dealt with the groceries and
merchandiser. This report is based on the reflective journal in which the contribution of the
employability and study skills with the use of Kolb’s reflective cycle.

the different point of views. It is also called as the diverging style as in this I have performed
better while requiring the ideas generation as like the brainstorming and enhance the broad
interest to gather information. In this I have developed the research skills of mine in which I
analysed all the correspondence factors through which the better skills will get developed by
making the effectual interpretation. In this the alternative decision will get developed and that is
based on the analysis of relevant information, critical thinking, report writing, data collection,
critical analysis, finding relative information. Thus the adequate information will get developed,
extract, evaluate, organise and locate about some defined topic.

more convenience. It is also be needed that employee get shared their views and possibilities by

towards the technicalities. It is more effective and efficient process in which the different aspect
