Introduction
It is essential to develop professional and personal in health and social care
organization. Without good health an individual cannot perform its best and its
hamper the productivity of company. The presentation covers following task:

Minimizing Barriers To Effective
Teamwork
Effective team is that who perform their tasks as per the needs
and requirements of organization. To deliver better health care
and social care practice, it is essential for the organization to take
care about the health of its workers. As a care worker I will focus
to solve the barriers in effective team work in context to social
and health care practice.

Two Barriers
Unclear goal: Due to the unclear goal, team members can not
perform as per the requirement of organisation as a result
company does not achieve its objectives
Lack of communication:
Due to the lack of communication among team members an
organisation can not accomplish its objectives because
employees does not have required information which is needed to
perform a task effectively.

Factors That Contribute To Effective Team
Performance
Effective team performance can help the organization to
accomplish its targets and goals. There are various factors which
contribute to effective team performance and these are follows:
Communication:
As a care worker I will try to build effective
communication between the employees so that they can know
what is their work and how they have to perform.

As a care worker in the organisation I will focus to make
strong coordination with the employees so that work can be done
in effective manner.
Unclear goal:
In the organisation all members perform their duties to
accomplish the objectives and goal of it.

How To Improve Personal Contributions
Personal contribution is important for the accomplishment of
organizational objectives. If all persons will put their maximum
efforts than company can perform effectively and achieve
sustainable success. As a care worker of the organization I will
provide valuable suggestions to the workers so that they can
protect their health.

Conclusion
In the conclusion it can be said with the help of personal
development plan that help in attainment of short-term and long
term goals. It is very important to minimize the barriers that may
hinder the performance of team working in health care company.
