INTRODUCTION
Professional and personal development can be understood as one of the most
important aspect within an individual career where there are learning potentialities enhanced
by working onto wider goals and synergy of new functional advancement. The report
analyses various new skills learned, weaknesses and various new skills abilities which is

widely demanded into professional avenues within there is wide scope and higher
opportunities also developed, through reflective writing parameters.

Kolb reflective cycle
The Kolb reflective cycle model is one of the most advanced innovative model which
reflectively enables to analyse wider parameters of new skills, wider functional synergy of
operational efficiency and what experiences have worked on within various goals
development. The 4 steps can be analysed as follows (Chen, Lu and Gupta, 2017)
 Concrete experience: At this step being foremost functional parameter while
working for this report i gained experience about how leadership being highly
important skill profoundly brings on deep analysis onto business enhancement within
professional career. I also learnt communication skills verbally and written formative
steps where this helped me widely to work with cooperation among my team mates. I
also experienced various major facts and skills such as team working potentialities,
high effective decision making potentialities and productive fast thinking abilities
where i have to factor on deeper analysis for continuous innovation. This has also
profoundly enabled me to analyse my diverse thinking and analytical learning
potentialities towards wide changing business avenues and functional standards where
i shall be focusing to improve my weaknesses further. At this step i also analysed
while working with teammates there is also wide demand of efficacy and new relative
skill enhancement through which stronger will power is also developed to yield onto
professional as well as academic success. Concrete experience also profoundly
enabled me to gain analysis with deep vision and stringent supervision within relative
goals and new synergy of operations, leveraging wide demands within my academic
performance professionally (Weber, Lee and Crawford, 2020) Reflective observation: At this step i reflected on my experiences learnt within report
writing where there were various aspects of working innovation determined within
new relative goals operational advancement. I reflected on my strengths and
weaknesses within project writing and learning about leadership where i keenly
understood that i am currently weak in analytical skills, numeracy and use of ICT
skills where i have to practise more continuously. At this step i also learned that it can

be improved by practical understanding and practising new working techniques onto
which i have to focus vividly for reaching onto wider goals within my professional
and academic success. This holds wide competitive importance as it holds wide
importance and structured efficacy functional demanded through which i will be able
to work smartly and confidently towards various new projects and scenarios. I also
learnt that my communication and team working skills are my strengths where i am
confident to learn onto wider parameters and for gaining higher synergy of goals
where theses skills can be learnt onto with new advancement and functional
standards (Crawford and et.al., 2016) I observed that time management skills, work
management within projects and assignments is vitally important for working onto
wider goals, and communication ethics among team mates. By observing reflectively
onto wider parameters within completing this project i faced complications to work
for various new research scale where analytical and working management skills are
required within new goals through which new scale development is brought among
professional success. By observing various parameters where i am weak currently
weak in my project and report working it will enable me deliver new skills synergy of
creative actions within wider goals, and also for focusing onto competitive
performance to improve my skills. Abstract conceptualisation: This step of abstract conceptualisation i learnt new
various metrics and functional paradigms through which i can improve my weakness,
work with new work synergy of goals and effective work structure. This step can be
explained with wide explanation onto working parameters of efficacy through which
my practical team working and communicative skill will be more sharpened. Learning
opportunities are wide within functional scope of working with sharp communication
and business profession skills where there are wide technical advancement onto
working with practical goals and relative commercial ethics. Abstract
conceptualisation highly focuses for gaining new skills profoundly by concluding
new relative goals and structural efficiency within wider paradigms, also enhancing
experiences within various metrics where focus is governed onto best reflective
synergy for competitive business development. The abstract conceptualisation also
made me realise that there are wide effective goals such as working with diverse
teammates within dynamic working operations and for technical efficiency for
commercial excellence. Here i also focused to work on my time management and self

efficacy management fundamentals for gaining onto faster work completion with
creativity and new scale technical progression (Crawford, Weber and Lee, 2020)
 Active experimentation: At this step i will practise and plan out my further working
plans with new creative goals and actions where i will be practically focusing to attain
higher efficiency within new platforms and also learn with innovation and higher
diversity. I will practice analytical skills and ICT skills for wider functional scale
progression, keen focus onto working goals with high efficiency and stronger synergy
of actions for gaining new work goals. This step also focuses to relatively work onto
bettering my skills for various typical projects where i may face confusion and less
efficacy for technical progression with wide demand period of time. There is high
demand of competitive skills within academic arenas and new horizons where
relatively i faced problems in quick working of research papers which will be worked
on by gaining assistance from leaders and supervisors within my academics. Active
experimentation also focuses to work on my team management skills and wider
innovation with strong creativity scenario which will potentially bring on diverse
knowledge. Experimentation also will enable me to give due attention on my
weaknesses and functional inefficiency within working parameters and for technical
advancement within my skills, where expertise shall be enhanced competitively. Ill
participate in various seminars and interactive sessions, which will enable me to work
with stronger innovation and new functional determinants through which utility for
progressing onto wider paradigms will be enhanced. This will also communicate my
ideas strongly within my team mates where with confidence my performance will be
widely improved and also technically function onto wider work determinants where
innovation is factored with high competency (Gray, 2017)
Action plan
The action plan will enable me to work on my skills where i am currently weak in my
report writing and project development within various avenues and for effectively developing
new plans through which new work synergy of actions shall be pertained onto with working
on new relative goals. Action plan shall be focusing onto various determinant where
practical learning is demanded and for factoring growth objectives, keenly focus onto work
goals and relatively work for various learning opportunities within my professional career.
