INTRODUCTION
The Personal and professional development is described as a self managed and self
education with the various learning methods and procedures. Self managed leaning main aim is
to focus on the various different and unique ways of the educational activity which appoint long
imperishable techniques of the learning for the individual person as well for the professional one
too.
This assignment is going to present, the self managed learning methods and examine
them and their impact of the development procedure and analyse their respective profits.

1.1 Approaches of self managed learning by identifying learning styles .
An individual can educate and make lesson for himself by the varieties of techniques and
approaches like the assignments as well as research project. Through which they can not just
jump to the conclusion, for that individual need to study the whole topic from the depth. So he
can analyse and whole scenario by reading books, understanding the scenario, online learning
and by adopting various strategies of the management from their prior experiences. This is a life

analyse and grab the more knowledge and chances to develop their own. Few techniques are as
follows :-
Self reflective Learning :- Personality reflective learning helps any individual to
understand their own concepts, opinion, perspectives and judgements so through this they can
also decide their plan of action. This assist them to take their decision by considering their best
and their past socially and professionally experiences.
SWOT analysis :- It is important to analyse their strength and weakness as well as their
versatile and learning experiences. Every person as some weaknesses which gradually become
barrier and hurdle in the path way of the development and aim. It is important to analyse and
recover the weakness in that way so which will be beneficial and not so harmful for the
professional as well as personal life of individual (Taylor, Yates, Meyer and Kinsella, 2011).
Opportunity is good to be visible and grab them at the time so they can become the turning point
of the career and help in explore.
Individual strategy :- It is important to develop some basic and common knowledge
through the reading habits which is consist of Information such as books, novels, magazines,
newspapers, editorial columns and many more.

identify the reasons of lack of good employ relations. They observe almost all the highlighted

them. After observing and analysing these they also apply techniques and methods of
management through which they resolve and overcome from the issue. Where areas, It is the
most convenient and suitable tactic to solve all these issues some of them are as follows :-
Communication levels :- A good communication is the basic key through which entire
organisation work better and smoothly in appropriate way (Moon, 2013). There are some levels
and step of the communication through which they manage the company by the various
techniques which is require in the management scenario :- Strategy Building :- In this they identify and prepare the strategies and plans through
which they maintain the healthy relation with the environmental studies. Tactical steps :- In this step they develop the plan and strategies in every existing
circumstances with the different tools and latest technologies in order to meet the good

Operation level :- In this case, the organisation execute and operate those plans with
different tactics in the environment to get improvement.

Time management strategies enhance the logical and disciplinary environment in
working structure (McNiff, 2010). This assist in concentrate and focus all the time and also not
managed work through which they get review over the plans and strategies which need to be
implement. If the organisation management carry out the diary which consist of the day to day
record of all things and events and other small activities it will help a lot . It basically remind the
time assigned for the very basic and general work. This help the individuals to maintain their
duties and obligation.

deals and strategies. It basically helps in avoid, delay, effectiveness of the particular work which
is more advantageous for the company. Time management is very important tin the business

analysing their strength and weaknesses. They also enhance themselves by
