INTRODUCTION
A personal development plan is defined as framework that help individual to determine
their improvement areas and give opportunity to improve each by using effective approaches. It
come up with a strategic direction that optimize and capitalize on candidate current skills and
abilities as well. While professional development plan is described as strategic tools that help a
person to improve those skills which they use while starting their employment career. It
documents aims, required competencies, and competency development that individual need to
accomplish. The current assignment will explain define key strengths, weaknesses, aims and
objectives recognition that will help to determine need related to improvement. Furthermore, the
study will justify personalized continuous professional personal development that support
objectively determine any new aims. Lastly, it will clarify reflection part which is based on skills
development that enable to be successfully on way and within the workplace.

Personal professional development plan plays strong role for strengthening individual
career performance goals, strengthened innovation and larger performed career goals which
strengthens functional scope to harness longer time creative working hemispheres. It can be also
analysed that PDP development also has strong role for strengthening fulfilment of academic,
personal and career based goals confidently. Career based goals within academics enhances
scope for strengthening career parameters innovatively, evolve on future working arenas and to
scale up new opportunities. I also plan up to take up new projects and skills by planning up
resources for executing their progression practically, and also further strengthening key
performance goals within future working opportunities. Furthermore, analysis of personal
professional development plan plays strong role for strengthening corporate working goals and
new informative working scenarios effectively (Eskandar and et.al, 2020).
