undeniable desire to help the people in need. It not only concerned with treating a illness
however it can be concerned with delivering the quality of health care services that is
individualized to the need of the each patient (Lynch And et.al., 2018). I believe that nurses need
to be professional towards their approach to treat the Patient. Also, philosophy approach need to
provide the effective interpersonal skills and communication skills. So my philosophy of nursing
is to protect, promote and optimize the health of those for whom they are responsible. along with
this working 24/7 in order to improve the health of their patients, getting insights into symptoms
and working with the families. Moreover, inter-professional collaboration for some of the highly
successful healthcare innovation. In order to improve the quality of health care to the patients, it
is important for the nurses to collaborate with the other health care providers.
3. Personal Centred care communication and collaboration refer to the registered nurse standard
Of India and Australia
Person centred care approach to nursing mainly focuses on the personal needs, wants and
desires and goals of the individual patient so that they become central to the care and nursing
process. It means putting the needs of the patient as a priority healthcare professionals helps
them to develop the interpersonal relationship with them. It can be considered as a way of doing
things that sees the people using health services as equal partners in order to delivering the care
services to make sure that it meets the needs of the patient (Masters, 2018). As a person-centred
care discipline, nursing is no longer considered to be concerned primarily with the illness care.
Therefore it includes both the prevention of illness and promotion and maintenance of health for
individual, family and community. Generally, communication can be defined as a exchange of
information, thoughts and feelings speech or gestures. So Therapeutic practice involves the oral
communication or the two way process of public health officials and nurses on the one hand
patient or his relatives. Collaboration within the healthcare services is one of the important
aspect which allows the nurses to take proper care and medication along with the professionalism
in their attitude.
According to the latest information from the Australia immigration authorities, qualified
oversees nurses have many opportunities in Australia (Tyler And et.al., 2019). Nurses need to
become qualified enough to meet the Australian standard and to register with the Australian

for registration with the nursing and midwifery board of Australia (NMBA). Thus the Registered
nurses are assessed against the NMBA registration standard and the qualification criteria within
the assessment model. Although, registration standards are the requirements that applicants need
to be considered fit to the practice as nurses and midwives. However, the qualification criteria
defines the minimum acceptable education and training that international applicants need to
undertake.
Nursing and midwifery are professions that use specialised knowledge and skills to care
for people in health and illness in a variety of practices settings (Morgan, 2018). So the
professional discipline of nursing and mid-wifery is important as it helps in humanistic care of
the people in wellness and illness and they are the one who makes the healthy environment by
treating the community with their right nursing practices which they had learned during the
nursing experience. In addition the primary goal of the care provided by the clinicians working
with these disciplines is to maximise the health and well-being in order to optimise the quality of
the lives of the people. These activities provided by the registered nurses may be directed
towards promoting or preserving the wellness towards the restoring of the health and equilibrium
after crises or illness.
Although, Nursing is generally held to mean caring for others across the lifespan whereas
midwifery has a more specific scope (Murphy and et.al., 2018). On the other hand, the clinicians
can be defined as a health professionals whose practices are based on the direct observation and
treatment of the patient. The professions of nursing in Australia can be considered as a
educational preparation that for the registered nurse or Midwife compromises an undergraduate
degree. This preparation varies between the registering authority jurisdiction. Most of the health
disciplines profess a philosophy of person centred care. Health disciplines are also influenced by
a philosophy of holism which is an appreciation in which each individual is composed of a
number of dimensions that operate together to form a whole person who interacts uniquely with
the patients environment. In order to become a registered nurses in Australia, there are various

abilities with they have learnt during the nursing practices. I feel that lack of knowledge among
the families is the main cause for such mental and physical disabilities.
I am going to take my personal reactions to my supervision, but if I share these views to
the reflective group at college, so it might help them to grow in a nursing profession. I will ask
the staff nurses about the present tasks of the unit and weather there is any scope for me to assist
them. So I delivered a proper speech to the students who are still learning during their Registered
nurse practice. In my profession I continuously learnt something new as the advancement of
technology brings updated medical science tools which allows us to treat the patient well and
efficiently.
For Example, Lack of communication with the patients, patient families and colleagues. In
this regards, In my Nursing career, I have experienced one very important thing is that Lack of
proper communication-skills-for-nurses may leads to the ineffective treatment of the patient
(Oussi and et.al., 2018). As it requires proper communication among the healthcare practitioner
so that other staff should also know the actual status of the patient which enable other staff
member to operate my patient in my absence. Although, now a days there is a great concern of
the family so whenever I treat any patient with mental or physical, so the family need to be
family members of patient need to be satisfied during the treatment so I always communicate to
the family members properly about the consequences and benefits of such treatments to the
patients at the health care centres. Also I remember about not to provide the deep information
about the nursing practices as it may lead to the conflicts as the family get to know about the
detailed nursing practices and they may try to get involved in the treatment.
I often communicate to the patient's family member in a effective way which enables
them a clear view and transparency about the treatment. So developing the proper knowledge
and skills among the people encourages me to do my work effectively and efficiently. It allows
me to treat the physical and mental challenges of the patient well. Also I make a clear report
about the mental and physical health status of the patient. So that further supervisors can access
the actual health position of the patient. It helps me to deliver the quality services in order to treat

through various ethical issues during the healthcare practices. Among various Ethical situations I
have to choose the effective and efficient mode of treatment for the patient as it cannot harm the
patient's personal health and dignity. There are numerous ethical challenges that can impact upon
the families in the healthcare setting. So In this Context, I often protect the rights, safety and well
being of the patient. Along with this, I often provide the effective Pharmaceutics that requires the
proper cooperation of the Patients, Doctors, Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
Moreover, in order to overcome the ethical considerations that raised in the medical centres, I
prescribe the test based on genetic variations between individual. In general, to allocate the
patients to the exclusive categories of those who responds to the medicines and those who do
not. After experiencing the nursing practices, I offer the information, trainings and education to
the new trainees who requires the Clinical judgement in their practices.
