Introduction
In this study, I am doing personal analysis for the purpose of future growth. In this
personal development plan is prepared which is also known as action plan. In this individual
decide what they want to achieve and how they will achieve it. Though this, one can identify
their strength and weaknesses, this helps them to improve in all the weak areas and do the
regular improvement to accomplish the goals.
Part 1 – Personal Analysis
Strengths Areas for further development
Persistent learner : This is the
best trait one could have for
career advancement and
personal growth. If one wants to
learn continuously even though
it is difficult it will give them
continuous growth. If one has
the curiosity to learn new things,
this will offer them the stairs of
success. It is the journey and
not the destination for a learner.
I am always hungry of new
knowledge and want to explore
other areas for the purpose of
growth. This trait will always
give an edge over others.
Self-awareness : it helps me to
put my thoughts and values as
per the business environment.
Moreover, it helps to visualize
the goals and helps in tackling
all the critical and challenging
situations.
Lack of communication skills :
this becomes the drawback in
career development if one lacks.
This is the most important trait
one should have if they want to
grow personally or professionally.
For Improving this, one can take
help of online sessions, English
newspapers in order to build their
confidence while speaking to
others.(Nejedlo, Hansen and Myers,
1994)
Learning overall functions of
the organisation : it is important
to have basic understanding of
all the departments to gain a
successful market exposure. For
this individual has to trained
themselves in various skills such
as decision-making skills,
reading skills, time engagement
skills and others to stand apart
from its competiors.

important trait which is very important
to influence others and win their
loyalty. This helps to run the

Short-term goals (next 12 months)
These are the goals which are easy to accomplish and will improve the career
prospects of an individual. Setting these milestones for future will improve the
performance and will make one more productive. It takes sheer dedication and
commitment to work on goals and accomplish it on time.
Developing good communication skills : it will help to maintain good terms with
others and chances of any conflicts can be avoided. Learning how to communicate
will help reaching out to large number of work and achieve personal and professional
skills.
Developing inter-personal skills : it becomes important for the leader to maintain
good relations with their co workers. It will not only fulfil their social needs but will
also improve their career prospects. They will work willingly in the organisation and

always try to put their efforts to increase the productivity of the business concern.
Get familiar with new technology - In today's modern economy there are continuous
technological improvements and it becomes important to keep up with the changes
to improve the future performance. Take some online sessions in order to upgrade
the performance.
Medium term goals (next 2-3 years)
To achieve long term goals it becomes important to categorize them in short term
periods.
Goodwill : as it becomes important to learn the art of optimum utilization of
resources. It will reduce the cost of the operations and improve the productivity of
the organisation. This will ultimately improve the brand image of the business and
will able to attract more number of customers.
Longer term goals (beyond 3 years)
These are the goals which everyone decides for the purpose of their future growth. It
will help an individual to develop on personal and professional terms.
Landing to the dream job : well all of us keep on improving the weaken areas in
order to accomplish the standard we set for ourselves. So, as per the above analysis
done, I want best job in the MCA firm to use my skills and keep learning in future as
well. Furthermore, all these small steps of career certification and up gradation of
skills are done to step up my career and reap out the best.(Henry and et. al. 2016)
Future scope in the chosen field : Everyone who is working wants growth in future.
For this, it becomes important to take all the required certifications in the chosen
field to excel in the selected field.
Conclusion:
In above study personal development is prepared to identify all the strength and
weaknesses which will help to grow in future. This opens up the opportunities to grow and helps
to develop all the required skills one needs for future growth purposes.
