Part 3 – Personal Objectives
Short-term goals (next 12 months)
My short-term goal is to complete my degree with good grades and also complete my project which is been assigned by the college with
the high level of research. My main goal is to completely focus on my studies and gain the theoretical knowledge about the various
subjects so that I can apply that knowledge in future.
Medium term goals (next 2-3 years)
My medium term goal is pursue the masters degree in a reputed University to further gain more theoretical knowledge of the business
and also to work in reputed organisation to gain an experience of the work culture, work ethics, working environment etc. This will help
in gaining the experience higher education level that could be applied in the corporate world , what are the challenges, opportunities etc,

in corporate world and how to face the challenges and make optimum use of the knowledge in order to be successful in this corporate
world. And also my goal is to switch jobs in order to gain experience from different sectors of business. This will help me in gaining an
experience from different sectors of business which help in growth and development.
Longer term goals (beyond 3 years)
My long term goal is to set a business of my own. I want to set my own automotive franchisee as I would have gained the experience in
the automotive sector. I want to sell and provides services for the cars of different companies I.e. I want to set a multi-brand car
showroom. This will allow me to sell and provide services to different cars of different companies. This will increase my customers base
at a large as I won't be selling only a particular brand and which in return will bring profits to me.
