It is considered as the life-long learning process that take place at different stage of life of an individual. Personal development is important for people in various manner that are mentioned below: Enhance clarity of vision:Personal development facilitates an individual to enhance clarity in visions of life that would be achieved in future. It enables them to provide clear idea about where they will be in future. Proper understanding and knowledge of targets and destination helps an individual to develop effective planning and strategies that allow to attain determined goals and objectives on time in efficient manner. Strengthening existing skills:Personal development shaping or strengthening existing skills and competencies of an individual that enables them to focus of different improvement areas through acknowledging weaknesses. These goals are existed between short-term and long-term goals(Morrison and Gleddie, 2019). Medium-term goals are attained in the period of 6 to 12 months and works as a bridge to accomplish long-term objectives. As long-term goals are time consuming, so medium-term goals enhance motivation level of reach long-term goals quickly with less efforts.
