1PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT 1. Introduction Personal development helps an individual in coping with the changing environment and thereby retains the sustenance of the same (Nasri & Charfeddine, 2012). In this relation, the self assessment and reflection helps an individual in identifying the major competencies and thereby develop steps to overcome the same (Amineh& Asl,2015). The discussion will undertake an evaluation of the self assessment and the manner in which the competencies that are identified might be developed. Lastly, the discussion will include a set of recommended activities that might be undertaken by an individual in order to overcome the competencies in accordance to the needs of sustenance. 2. Discussion of the overall results gained in the assessment The identification and assessment of the different areas, which required improvement has helped me in developing the different competencies. During the assessment, I found that I am highly aware of the different activities that are undertaken by me. I reflect on the activities that are undertaken by me and thereby have knowledge of what changes are required to be induced in this connection. In this connection, I am comfortable with sharing my personal opinion and feelings with others, which will be helping me to judge my position more effectively.On the other hand, I also found that I am aware of the different change that I might take in order to ensure the sustenance of my ideas, beliefs and actions. I reflected that I am very much particular about timeliness of the work and facilitate continuous learning in order to maintain the extensiveness of the operations that are undertaken by the same. The criterion has helped me in improving the knowledge of the self while operating in different processes.I also reflected through the assessment that I have a higher knowledge of emotional intelligence, which has

The identification of the emotions and the behaviors of the people has helped me in understanding the management role in maintaining the efficiency of the operations in accordance to the needs of smooth functioning. On the other hand, the assessment on my networking skills also helped me in identifying my relative strength of communicating with strangers in order to build efficient relations and thereby facilitate the smooth functioning of the processes. The delineation of the power and politics capabilities has helped me in identifying my position as a leader. The assessment helped me in identifying the flaws and thereby helped me in identifying the different modifications that might be undertaken by me in this relation. The assessment portrayed that I am good at communicating with the people, which has helped me maintaining the clarity at work. Clarity while operating in a context has helped me in developing the capabilities in accordance to the needs of the same. I am persuasive by nature but there are certain drawbacks in me, which I must overcome in order to maintain the efficiency of the persuasiveness. On the other hand, the lack of proficient motivation, in accordance to the assessment form, has affected the capabilities of maintaining the efficacy of work. However, I am proficient in taking decisions and enhancing creativity, which has helped me in maintaining the efficiency of the operations. However, as per the assessment I reflected that I must develop skills on conflict management, which has affected the uninterrupted functioning of the processes. Therefore, apart from collaborative approach or the change readiness, I must focus more on conflict resolution capabilities in order to maintain the efficiency of the operations. 3. The competencies that might be developed I believe that I must focus on the development of Self-improvement and motivation, which will be helping me to develop my operations in accordance to the needs of the processes.
3PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT The continuous learning process will be helping me to develop insights on the modifications that are occurring in the external environment. Continuous improvement through learning and observation helps in developing the social and individual skills through value orientation (Estes & Polnick, 2012). In this relation, theCognitive Constructivismtheory will act as a pre- determined agent, which will be helping me to actively assimilate the newly found information and incorporate the same on the existing systems. Coulson et al. (2012) stated thatCognitive Constructivismaims at achieving the intrinsic goals of the learner through self motivation. Therefore, the application of the theory will be helping me to develop positive insights by continuous learning and observation. On the other hand, development of motivation will be helping me to support the work processes that I might undertake. In this relation, Doolittle (2014) stated that theExpectancy theorywill be helping to identify the different behavioral psychologies based on my expectations. Parijat and Bagga(2014) stated that the expectancy theory is a goal centric theory which aims at understanding the outcome of an activity. Therefore, the application of the expectancy theory will be helping me to keep myself motivated towards the work through suitable understanding of the outcomes. 4. Recommended steps for developing the competencies The recommended steps that I might undertake are to develop my cognitive instincts through observation and prioritization of the work. Observation will be helping me to develop coherent knowledge of the different modifications in order to facilitate the continuous learning abilities. On the other hands, the development of understanding of the different knowledge attributeswillbehelpingmetodesigntheoperationsinaccordancetothechanging environments. The prioritization of the work in accordance to the preferences will be helping me to support self motivation factors in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the operations in
