INTRODUCTION
Every individuals needs to developed themselves for achieving goals of their life by
improve and enhance their skills as well as capabilities for this purpose they use training and
learning activities, tall the procedure which help in gaining knowledge of individuals is known as
personal development. To understand the concept assignment is given to myself. For defining
my overall experience of making report ,what I have learn ,probes and issue I have face and
skills I learnt,reflection report is made by using Gibbs reflect model. which help in defining
overall experience in systematic way .
MAIN BODY

The first stage of Gibbs model is started with description which define below
Our class lecture is given assignments to each student of the class. For this they divide
students into team and ave them a topic for their assignment. We ave 4 members in our group.
Lecturer select research report on personal & professional development by analysing leadership
style of leaders our team assignment. The project must be submit within one week. I am very
excited on tat time when I get the topic of leadership. But at the same time I felt nervous as my
presentation skills is not so good and I don't know how to make effective power point
presentation. Because it is compulsory to present research report in power point presentation. I
took this assignment as challenge for me (Baker, Jeanneret and Kelaher, 2017).
The second stage is the feeling comes during the overall preparation period is mention
below
Before working for this assignment we make timing schedule which help us complete our team
work within given time period. As we have one week to compete the assignment I though I have
enough time. I lead my team, I have decided that we give 2 days for researching about
leadership style, and next 2 days for preparing the research report and remaining 4 days for
preparing power point slides and how I present this report in front of the class. I felt very nervous
(Tymms, 2018). Many thoughts comes into my mind whatever I am able to compete this report
on time or not, inform which sites I have collect my research data, how can I able to present this
report in front of the class as my communication as well as are not good. I am feeling scared

because of all the feelings and thoughts running inside my mind. To motivate myself for this
report, I have decided to discuss about this project and my feeling with my team member. They
motivate and encourage me for this assignment.
Evaluation of Gibbs model for those report is define below
We start working on my project, firstly I search what is leadership as it is the main topic on
which the whole report is prepared. I search it on google as well as I also read articles related
with leadership in books I Personal development have. then I searched about all the relevant
leadership style organization can able to apply to direct their subordinate. Due to my interest in
management sector all the relevant data I have collected from searching on internet help in
generate interest in this project (Cherry, Meyer, Mann and Meersand, 2020).
After this we need to research on Steve jobs as they are the best example for setting high goals
of leadership of a successful organization. It is really hard for our team to finding out the
relevant data about Steve job as different sites show different personal and professional history
about Steve jobs. After analysing the impact of Steve Jobs leadership style. According t the
guideline of my project I need to choose a leader who is also famous for their combination
(Biryukova, 2016).towards economic development by running best trade practices for the
economy. Being leader of my group it is my responsibility to select leader for our project. It is
really hard for me to decide one leader as their are many leader who have great personality being
as leader. I have wasted my 1 day for searching about perfect leader for project. I discuss it with
my team members they give me suggestion of some of the best leader. Due to slow internet
speed it is really hard for me to contact with my team members as they are not able to sending
me their file work.
I am not able to communicate with them . I felt stuck . I take help from my class teacher they
give me best guideline to completion on this project. Choose Alan Sugar for my research
project. We decided that we have divided each part of project to each other. We start preparing
our research report. Alan Sugar is one of the most famous businessmen, politician and successful
entrepreneur. He is best example of leadership, he use autocrat style of leadership.
I identified that using autocrat leadership style help in alignment of goals of individuals with
their organization in order to achieve the relevant goal of the business. Then I prepared power
point which is relay hard as I feel frustrated during section and design of slides however at the

end I felt blessed because I have learn all the relevant skills required for making and presenting
research report.
Next stage is analysis of the model which is mention below
I am feeling happy and glad about my overall experience of preparing report on leadership style
which help in personal and professional development. At initial time when I was selected as
group leader I dot have confidence and I felt very afraid wherever I am able to become as good
leader for my group or not. But this project report help in brining skills of leadership within
myself as searching on the leadership and its style help me to understand how leader work for
communicating with their followers, how they treat them, the way they take decision. How
autocrat leadership style working during giving direction. I learnt al the positive and negative
aspect about the style. This report help in overcoming my fear of presenting report in front of
class as it help in developing effective concentration & communication skills . Before this
project I don't know how to make attractive power point presentation (Einat and Michaeli,
2018).
After this project I learn all the small and detail knowledge regarding preparing and presenting
slide. My skills of searching on google is ls developed. I learn how t guide group member and
also importance of team during completion of task. I am really glad that our class lecturer give us
project report on leadership. My writing skills is also not god but by working in group I learn
how to attractively write a research report. It will useful in enhancing my researching skills
(Homayounfar.et.al. 2017).
Working in group is also help to understand the importance and review of time management as
I have waste my one day in searching about best leader. I learnt that to compete any work with
given time period it is really essential for manage schedule and fully dedicated towards the aim.
During the whole tie of preparing report and slide I have faced so many problems, but I learn not
to give up in any condition and believe in ourself confidence because being a leader it is really
necessary to motivate team member ever in worse situation. As success of project is totally
depend on how leader motivate to their followers. The overall experience help in increasing my
skills of solve problem. I learn that got panic and frustrated is not the solution of problem instead
of getting clam and having patience help in bringing out from relevant situation (Ruddy,
Thomas-Hemak and Meade, 2016).

This presentation help in enhance my confidence I learn how to attract people by way of using
communication tool by reviewing working style of Alan Sugar. My concept regarding leadership
style and how it affect in development of individuals is now clear., I also learn how all the
theatrical style apply for real trade corporation. My understanding of applying theses style on
myself also useful n changing my living standard. I know all the relevant information regarding
attribute leader have and effect of their personality on working environment as well as how great
leader influence organization towards their success by fulfil need of employees as well ass their
customers also (Dharsana, 2017).
CONCLUSION
Personal development is a procedure in which individuals, quality, personally, skills, and
their traits,has been improve. It is not specific or one time activity moreover it is continuous and
life long procedure in which individuals developed their skills through heir learning life
experience. Preparing on report on personal development through leadership style help myself to
increasing my skills and I overcome my fears by giving full dedication towards this assigning.
Although making this assignment and giving presentation is not easy task for me due to my lack
of communication skills. Being working in a team as team leader useful in improving my
communication, team building and leadership skills. I have learnt al the relevant attribute require
for being best leader and importance of working in team by analysing the working lifestyle of
Alan Sugar.
