with clients;Email and presentation take place in organization. So, having good commutating

Interpersonal ability:For my development it is important for me to improve my interpersonal
skills which help me to increase my overall personality and behaviour. It can be dealing with
suppliers, upper level management or other people in organization it requires interpersonal
skill to deal with. I have to learn about building relationship as this inspires me to achieve my
desire aims and objective. Today employer seeks people who better interpersonal skills as
thus it aid organization to become more productive. Hence, it is essential for me to work upon
my skill and constantly improve for betterment and personal growth.
Ethic and integrity:I have learned that, being ethical make person great and also motivate
other people. It is essential for me to understand the importance of ethics as this improve
moral values and also help company to motivate employees to achieve common goal. For
example, Iam working as manager at organization and I have to increase overtime of
employees. In this case, I have to inform all the employees and pay accordingly. As this,
maintain positive environment and also encourage employees for hard work.

As per my understanding this is essential for me to build certain steps which help me to
improve my skills for personal development. Enhancing existing skills and adopting new

ways become crucial as this provide me to constantly improve my personality to be
successful. There are some of the strategies which I need to be adopted are explained briefly
down below:
Setting goal:First step for my strategy is to identify my ultimate objective and make notes
which help me to keep moving in right direction. By setting goals assist me to become more
specific towards my goal and also keeps me focus. Apart from this, it also helps to improve
my confidence and motivation level high to achieve desire aim (Van Der Westhuizen, 2020).
However, keeping my goal, real, measurable and time based as this will aid me to avail
success in a well define way.
Work through challenging situation:For me it is important to deal with the difficult problems
as it providesconfidence in life. It also open facilitate with various opportunity and also help
in determining best solution for situation. For example, if I want to improve my
communication skills than I have to takethis task as a challenge and communicate more with
people. Through this I can handle any problem in future and can solve this, in a best possible
way.
Time management:It is all about managing time in a proper way which is essential for
personal effectiveness. I have to plan my day as per need and requirement as it will help me
to identify important task for a day. By having time management skills it will be useful for
me in my future career as there will be plenty of work to be manage in a day. In order to
improve time management I have to prepare daily roaster and work accordingly, which
increase my productivity and I can be more effective in future.
Learn from failure:As per my opinion biggest learning comes from failure so this is essential
to me to learn from my failure. I should keep learning from the people who come across in
day to life like teachers and family and apply their teaching in my life (Gould, 2017). Hence,
this will improve my thought process and I will get to know more about my weakness and try
to improve them to successfully compete in the job market. Beside this, I should follow great
leader and adopt some skills from their life which guide me to improve my personality and
become successful.
Take feedback:After developing and implementing of strategies it is essential to take
feedback from other people to avail proper insight regarding overall performance. This will
aid me to know about my areas of improvement so that I can work upon them to competitive

in the corporate environment. Feedback can be provided by my peers, mentors, teachers and
friends and I ensure to make changes in my skills and behaviour which help in my career
growth.
Measure achievements:Measuring the progress allows me to make further improvement in
my personal development strategies. This helps me to keep my performance on track and
allow me to work more effectively for better result. Furthermore, by measuring my success
assist me to adjust my current plan as per the requirement which is very crucial in personal
effectiveness. For instance, as a sales manager of the company I achieved my monthly target,
with help of measuring success it helps me to provide insight about the further improvement I
can be for better results.

There has been huge impact on my personal development plan as this indicates that I have to
improve my skills to achieve success in life. In the present era, competition has increased and
it is important to increase my skills which make be more successful in life. I personally
believe that most of the people are unaware about their personal development so this is
essential to identifyeffectiveness and make changes for constant growth.There is some impact
of development gaps which is explained down below:
It reduces understanding:By not having proper personal development assessment it leads to
larger gap betweenunderstandings of situations.By the passes of time this gap increase and
slow down the effectiveness. For me it become essential to build my development as this will
manage skill and helps me to focus on development and growth. It will have greater impact
on my performance as this increase my overall skills and provide me to move in right
direction. It is hard to survive in this competitive environment so it requires constant
development or it generate larger gap between growth and skills.
Increase distraction:Another impact of development is that it increases distraction regarding
future goal. Foe me it is crucial to focus on key areas like focus anddifferent management and
leadership skills which helps me to develop my personal effectiveness for better future. If I
don’t focus on my development plan, it increases gap between my careers which will have
greater impact on performance in respective field. So this becomes essential for me to reduce
the gap by analysing and regularly improve by personal development to have better

profession in future. Apart from this, it also set strong aim and vision to competitive in job
market.
