He is a leader who believes to empower the humans. His most of the leadership strategies
are his own described he believes in no seeing own success but have to focus on others success.
He is too clam and ease with his role of the leadership (Glenthøj, and et.al., 2020). He likes to
avoid the confrontation instead he likes to emphasize on the cooperation.
