There are different types of job interviews that Travelodge company can use to hire the
employees for their organisation. These are:
The screening interview – This is the first and basic interview with a particular company.
Human resource department of Travelodge will speak and talk with the candidate on telephone
or via video chat. And then if they will pass the this step then candidate will move to further step.

can be tailored and customized. For example if Travelodge company want to hire
customer services manager then selection team can customized the question according to
