Introduction
As a post-graduation student one need to overview about the career development this is because several business and the
students or employees found it complex for developing an effective career development strategy and personal pitch. The career
in the respective field of job is termed to be as the persona related and other experience that gain be determine both inside and
outside of organisation which form a creative pattern over the individual life span for the development of the key competency
and skills in the career path to get the desired future employability skills after graduation. However, key competencies can be
referred to be as the specific quality that a company hiring manager. Therefore, following presentation will determinate and
highlight and throwing light on the key competencies, the specific career pathway in the contrast to the career prospects along
with determination of the range of the potential progression opportunity that support in achievement and development of the
skills.

Key Competencies
The core part of the career development is the capability skills which serves as the raw skill
which are essential to complete basic duty on the daily basis. This may include data, strategy
development, project management, software management, programming or extended
operational information. Many employers agree that they must have the skills needed to
accomplish their goals. Essential skills are certain qualities that a company's employer
considers desirable to its employees. During the recruitment process, they are often used as a
measure of measurement and testing of baptismal candidates, especially when applying for
applications and exams. During the recruitment process, students may be asked skill-based
questions, and the tenant will use mine feedback to determine mine relevance. So I must
identify the key skills of any role at the beginning of the application process, and match
mine skills and experience to them. Employee management responsibilities require a wealth
of skills and expertise If my are looking for the edge of today's competitive job market,
understanding and developing these skills is the key to success.

 Communication- Communication skill has greater
importance in the HR profile and I have found that I have
supreme communication skills. This strength help me to
present my viewpoint in front of the listener so that they
came across my opinion. My communication skills help me
during the presentation, group discussion and to crack
interview. Moreover, this skill help me to do my job more
effectively.
 Motivated- I am a self initiative persona and being
motivated is consider to be as the my secondary strength
which help me to achieve the objectives in order to ensure
that my efforts are not going to vein. Moreover, being
motivator help me to inspire other also which is also great
strong point for me.
 Lack of social knowledge- I have realised that the mine social
indolence skills is low and this is consider to be my weakness
this is because social intelligence help a person to understand
various social situation and the dynamics in order to react
effectively in these situation or condition
 Introvert: I have found that I am introvert personality and
Being introvert also sums up to my personal skills weaknesses.
Being introvert person hindrance my great communication
skills and make it more difficult me to present my views more
effectively.

 Subsequent study commitment – I have great opportunity
for the development of the commitment to the my career
development as I'm quick learner. This will enable me to
continuously extend my skill and knowledge in terms of
trends both in professional and personal circumstances.
Moreover, commitment to the aims and career path gives
me great opportunity of the career development.
 Learning emotional intelligence skills- learning of the
emotional intelligence is great option for the development
of the cognitive knowledge that help me to control my
emotion and side step these in order to make some cognition
based judgement.
 Health issues: however I have found that due to various
uncertainties over the health issues which creates a great
barrier and threat for me to be ready for the performing
various related duties. Like recently, due to COVID 19, it
created danger of health issues which further impacted on
completion of required tasks as per the requirements of
project.
 Availability of resources: sometimes because lack of a various
resources there can be impact on future growth progression
and development.
 Rising competition in the field- It has found that HR field is
highly competitive and entry into this profession is not easy at
all.

Career Prospects
Career path
For the carer growth and development on need to identify how to work out a sequence of tasks leading to mine short-
term and long-term goals. Some follow a specific career path in one field, while others change fields from time to time to
achieve career or personal goals. The process includes tasks that I will need to hit My ultimate job goal, but my do not need
to follow a straight line. There is no plan or schedule for promotion. Work methods traditionally mean growth or
development at higher positions, but can also include linear (side) movement in the industry. When it comes to training
mine career, it can be so important to know what my don’t want to do in the next 10 or 20 years, because my know what

There is no need to choose a path at the beginning of my career. However, it is important to
think about how my choose to work - if my enjoy more of mine daily duties, following a

Why to choose a human resource career path?
A common misconception among the public is that the HR department job is easy. However, this is far from the
case. When my start listing the full number of tasks associated with HR jobs, it ends forever. Human resources
employees must deal with labour relations, employment law, talent acquisition, employee benefits, development
programs, company culture, human capital expansion, operations management, and many other tasks. However, like
all disciplines, these functions are divided between many HR professionals, generalists, and other roles. Although
human resource jobs are absolutely complete and complex, it is very easy to get into the world of human resources.
Even if my have a bachelor's degree in professional management, my can still choose an HR position.

It has been found that short-term goals help me lay the foundation for long-term goals for self-improvement. Short-
term goals refer to areas that can be reached in a limited time or in less than a month. The simple nature of these
goals helps to accomplish the goal quickly. Short-term goals are often achieved by repeating simple tasks so that the
task becomes part of one's daily routine.

The goal I wanted to achieve within the period of 6-12 months is medium term goals or the supplementary goals for
the career development. Medium-term goals focus on skills that are not realized in order to succeed in the future.
We all have these goals but we are a little cautious about these goals. A significant number of these intermediate
objectives reflect the individual's ability to meet the time-consuming skills gap. Therefore, when a person achieves
his or her medium-term goals, they build support to achieve their long-term goals.

Long-term goals are also known as plans for the future, and one wants
to combine these long-term goals with one's future. So these are the
goals that someone has decided to achieve within a period of 1-5 years
and so on goals are reinforced by short-term and medium-term goals.
The most important of these long-term goals is that they set the stage for
the future of each person's life as every human decision is based on
these long-term goals.

Progression Opportunities
Simply put, career advancement is the process of climbing the stairs in student work life. Go ahead, get
rewarded, discover new challenges, find new jobs, find new opportunities and make the most of your career is
mine progression opportunity that I have identified. There are a large number of factors and factors that
contribute to a successful and effective career advancement and like most things in life, there are some things
that we have no control over and are hard to imagine. There are a lot of important things that we can and can do
to make good career progress, promotions in our work and to be able to climb the successful career ladder.

First of all, networking is a very effective way to help career advancement. A big part of career advancement is finding, appearing
and connecting opportunities - and all this is done through professional networking. There are many ways you can network and
there are many places you can go for business networking. Typical ones include networking receptions, seminars, conferences,
trade shows and internally large office fees.
 Mentoring and coaching
Career advancement can be improved through networking through guidance and coaching. A mentor can give you advice and
guidance as you look at the challenges of the professional world and many other aspects of your career, such as interview training,
industry insights, managerial challenges and additional topics. Coaching is another way to boost your career progression game.
Coaching and mentoring are often closely related and can sometimes be confusing. We define coaching with a more formal and
broader set structure, while professional guidance is less formal and more flexible. Both advisors and consultants should set
expectations and criteria for their advisory partnership.

Obstacle 1: Lack of willpower
Most people don’t think they deserve a promotion. They don’t think they are ready. Do thought actions. They
sometimes justify their lack of willpower and self-confidence by making excuses. They do not give up! If you
have a tendency to do so, you are ‘minimizing’ your dreams to justify my current situation.
Obstacle 2: Lack of career planning
I don’t have a quite good answer to this question Do you know where you want to live 5 years from now or 20
years from now? What skills do you need to perform well in that role? Are you preparing yourself for such a
role? Most people do not make progress because they are not ready to play the next role. So If I do not have
good career planning this can create many numerous roadblock in my career path

CONCLUSION
Therefore, from the above carried out study it has been summarised that the personal pitch can help
a person to develop their personal and professional skills for the development of the career. It has
identify that development of the key competency skills can help a post graduate student for the
development of employability skills. Career path can help a person to develop the short, medium
and long term goals that help them to achieve the career goals in the future.
