Hence, a HR manager is can get multiple tasks to perform at a same time which can cause work burden and stress for them. I can handle these issues with my time management skill which will help me to manage time for each task and I can make sure that I will complete the task within that period of time which is decided. When my senior author provides me multiple tasks to perform then I will make a list of priorities task and complete task according to list which means those task should be completed first which is very urgent to complete as soon as possible.

Most of the companies are lacking behind to achieve their success because on their internal conflicts. Sometimes, managers did not behave well with their employees and sometimes employees do not corporate well management team.

HR manager has many skills like communication skill, time management skill, observation skill, leadership skill and many others which will help them to perform their task effectively. Career path is sequence or route which helps an individual to reach at the main aim of their professional life. It is also concluded that there are various kinds of challenges which is faced by a HR manager like managing employees and management conflicts, managing multiple task, measuring employees performance and many others. These issues and challenges can be mitigated by effective skill and strengths of a HR manager. Managing of conflicts within an organisation can be mitigated by leadership skill and effective communication skill of HR manager where they influence their workforce to work with each other for their benefit.
