career. My entire experience of this project has been very great and also based on practical
learning in respect to leadership. I also identified the supportive culture the Amazon
Company has. Employees of the company are also very supportive they gave me the exact
information which was required to complete the project. I already set guidelines in the
beginning which has guided me throw out of my journey in this project. It can be stated that
his leadership style is very much practical implications a leader should follow rather the
theoretical based leadership.
This project has taught me different aspects about the corporate sector. My entire
experience of this project was more like learning as I have identified different traits and
factors leaders use to achieve the business objectives. I experienced that it’s more important
to follow the practical side of leadership like strategy formation, strategy improvement,
change management, research and many other practices that can deliver the best result. Being
a leader’s it becomes essential to set examples in the organisation from the outcomes. I have
experienced that a leader must be dynamic and open minded. It important being a leaders to
be more dynamic so that different practices can be implement to achieve the best result for
the business (Smith, Lewis and Tushman, 2016). It important for the leader to be challenging
enough. As the business environment is full of uncertain elements and also it is volatile in
nature which also caters plenty of challenges to the companies. Open minded attitude of
leaders makes them ready towards facing all such challenges. My biggest learning is that
attitude is the key to success in business. It’s important that a leader must convey the never
giving up attitude to its employees so that all human resources part of the organisation can
make themselves ready for any challenge associated with the business environment.
Feelings: My feelings about the entire experience have been very positive. I have learnt so
many different aspects related to leadership approaches and styles. The leadership style of
Jeff Bezos has guided me to learn and improve different skills such as communication skill,
problem solving skill, research skill, analytical skill and other skills require achieving higher
growth in the professional career. My learning of the project that the leader must be dynamic,
creative and innovative. My feelings towards the leadership are that it is important in
organisation to have the effective leadership (Clinton, 2018). I felt very nervous at the initial
stage of the project but as the project move forward my confidence level got improved. I
never did this before in my entire life to complete a practical project where i have to portrait a
particular characteristics and trait s about a certain personality. I was nervous initially as it
learning in respect to leadership. I also identified the supportive culture the Amazon
