With the help of referring to the Gibbs cycle I am able to explain my experiences which I had during my BA in Business Studies (Gibbs' Reflective Cycle Helping People Learn From Experience, 2019) . In my colleges from where is pursued my studies was able to learn a lot and gain different kinds of experiences which helped me to understand the importance of certain skills which were very important for my studies. I want to gain the degree of BA in Business Studies because this was the career I was aiming towards such that I would be able to reach the goal which I have set in my life. With the BA in Business studies I had some plans which was to move in the direction of becoming a Business Analyst. The job role of business analyst is towards the bridging the gap between the understanding of management and the organization. A business analyst helps the business in understanding the complex data for being utilized effectively in the data and technical systems. This is the way in which the business was able to understand the complexity of the data which was towards the technical systems. It was the way in which it would be able to help me to develop an impact in the decision-making of the organization. During my studies I was able to develop new friends which became my good team members which helped me to create a new social group around me which would help to develop new strategies which had helped me to be more social around people. I was also able to improve my communicational skills due to being so social in the University for the business studies. Other individuals were responsible for the development of all the leaning I had during this time. My tutors were very crucial which were the reason I was able to learn so many skills during time at the university. The result of all the situation was the different sort of experience I got in the collaborative and lecture I was part of which has been one of the best ways in which the business was able to increase the organizational performance. Before my experience at the university I was not at all experienced with any sorts of skills. Skills which would help me to develop knowledge regarding the experience which I would want to move forward in the career path of business analyst. said that there were different situation in which I had struggled previously with the researching skills. The lack of confidence which I had prior to the joining the university lead into other thinking that I was not capable enough. It created a very negative influence towards my friends at the university. Although the experience which I had in university was very effective and had the influence of develop skills such as communication, team work and time management. These were the skills which I believed were my strength after the studies for BA was over. Now I have understood that these skills which I learned from that experience that there were still certain skills which I needed to work on. Research skill is one of them, even though I had some practice for it I was not able to master this skills due to shortage of practice and experience. However, all the other skills which I developed were quite impressive according to my tutor. I was praised for my performance in the BA in Business Studies. Thus, it could have been said that I would be able to develop myself towards being effective in my pursuit towards becoming a Business Analyst. Evaluation of situation which was the reason I was able to learn the skills that I had learned was the surrounding and types of experiences which I had with others was the main reason I was able to develop my communication. There were other factors such as the different types of projects which I was the part of, which helped me to develop my teamwork with my partners and also be very strong in the communication. My punctuality was the reason I was able to manage my time in the studies. This was also the way in which I was able to introduce the increase in the effectiveness of the team's performance. The negative part of that experience was that I was dependent on the team members for the research which was required for the project as I needed to increase those skills. However, our collaborative work was very effective and was considered to be the best practice that was required by the individual in the development of the situational practices. I was very enthusiastic during these group projects and this was the reason I was almost a sort of leader to that group. The effective communication skills which I had was also one of the most important and effective and important aspect of the such we had as a team. However, there were certain issues in the team which I had, such as I was not very comfortable with few of the team members. These team members were the ones which also had strong communication skills were seen to be the effective in being competitive with me towards the leadership of the organization. This was the reason I was not able to develop my leadership skills up to the market that I desired. There was yet another weakness which I had in my operation that
