TASK 2 Personal reflection on the role play and applying Gibbs reflective cycle gibbs reflective cycle demonstrate an understanding of the skills and knowledge which contribute toward working effectively and previous experience too. This will help to know about employees personal strengths and areas for further development. It is developed from the thoughts and feelings emerging from this learning reflection that generalized concepts which allow new situations to be handled effectively (Reflective model according to Gibbs, 2021). This method is majorly used by students in institute in writing reflections upon work and this helped the students explore the literary work deeply, since reflective cycle shows important aspects. They are using these techniques in order to go as deep as possible with learning reflections. The major objective behind this method is to systematic provide detailed information about isolate feelings of person. gibbs reflective cycle is one of the most famous method used by the company to understand the reflection with the helps of six different phases and also explore an experience with past and present action (Joyce and Jackson, 2021). This technique can be either a single experience or a situation employees/ student go through on frequent basis. For example- general meetings with the team-mates in order to communicate effectively for work. The different stages appliedbythecompanyequallyforsinglepreviousexperiencestoo.Afterstand-alone experience, the another stage known as action plan may become more important in order to understand how the company can apply final conclusions in the future. The different phases usually help to slow down person's experience and thought process so that one don't jump to conclusions and action plan too rapidly or quickly. Step 1- description- in this stage, people should provide brief description of the experience or any event to set the scenario and give context on that. Step 2- feelings- in this stage, people show their feelings during and after the experience, this should include analytical step which can be same as description. Step 3- evaluation- this stage shows about negative and positive aspects of the experience about the situations.
Step 4- analysis- this stage is totally based on evaluation stage where one can explain why the experience was negative or positive and it should be in reflection. Step-5 conclusion- this stage of gibbs focus on what one has learned from the experience based on all previous steps. Also, show about are there any skills that they need to develop and how would one can apply these skills in future experiences or any situation. Step 6- action plan- in this stage one can make sure about taking specific actions to build on their skills or knowledge. Here, one can include any training and development that would be beneficial with the help of support or resources. To demonstrate what each of the stages could look like, here is an example using specific job role- Description- In today's business environment, waitressing allows people to get to know about other people preference food choice and it is essential to achieve success in competitive market of hospitality. It is done with an effective utilization of various marketing skills, leadership skills, communication skills, goal oriented and focus on customer satisfaction. It is the field which focuses on the practical implementation of methods, techniques and customer orientation inside the company and other hotel activities (Thiagraj, KARIM and VELOO, 2021). So, I have decided to enter this field and achieve my professional goals by adopting new skills. I need to focus on soft and hard skills such as adaptability, communication skills and team building skills. Feelings about the experience- typically waiters of the restaurant are employed to attract more audience to get service from the restaurant such as dining, hospitality, food menu serving andgestures((Markkanenandet.al.,2020).Itincreasesawarenessaboutbrandthrough promotion and marketing campaigns. Now I realized that before entering this field I need to work on some skills which I am not good at such as strong attention towards customer preference, confidence and sometimes I get impatient when my work run beyond deadline, so I need to manage time. I am feeling quite nervous as I had not done any job before and deal with so many people. I am not confident I could satisfy each and every customer with my serving skillsandcommunicationskills.However,Iamexcitedtoacceptthechallengesand opportunities because of positive attitude towards my work. One of my manager paid me lots of compliments during interview which helped me to relax and enjoy present experiences.

Evaluation- In this stage I have chance evaluate what worked well during the learning development sessions. Due to competition I may lose my self-confidence which is negatively affected my motivational level. Here, I need to focus on right audience using an appropriate medium with the help of research. If I target wrong audience using ineffective medium it would be a costly mistake which impact productivity. On the plus side, there was a really positive environment when I was attending interview session because every one was so energetic towards their training sessions. Sometimes I can get quite stressed because of workload and this make me feel guilty. This analysis will ultimately match my strengths such as sales minded, adaptability, excellent customer skills, good planning skills and curiosity. It is said that effective team work and work delegation according to interest seems to lead from using different strengths of people at workplace (Oviawe). So, when I will pursue my post , ensure being aware of group work in the near future will be more effective to make strategic decisions. One of my staff member provide me positive feedback about my work which helped me realize that I can deal with difficult situation. Conclusion – I learned that when a team wants to do field work based on their abilities, then manger must plan how each person is feeling about strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, I will continue to have my team-mates feel valued and self identify their weaknesses and strengths. Lastly, I learned that sometimes waiters have to challenges the decisions about businessactivitiesbasedonmarketingstrategies.Furthermore,I needtofocusonteam collaboration in order to handle the situation of conflicts between employees. Action plan- At this stage I will plan for what I would do differently in a similar situation in the near future. When I am working with my team-mates, I will talk to them about my strengths and weakness. It will be beneficial for me to create collaboration with my team

An effective recruitment and selection procedures fulfils the requirement of the specific job role and also ensures about the positive organizational culture (Hamza and et.al., 2021). In addition, this procedure also help to maintain its commitment in order to provide equal opportunity to staff members. With the experience, I have learned that an effective recruitment process can save time so that the company can hire right person. I have also noted that this process also helps in reducing the stress level in the organizations. Selection process required all relevant and important documents of person that are really necessary for the employees to work in the firm. In order to lead to well- being of the company, I need to work on some of my weaknesses that is mentioned such as time management skills. The major purpose of this procedure is to choose the most suitable candidate, so I need to keep track on my strengths and weaknesses at the same time. I learned that when a team wants to do field work based on their abilities, then manager must plan how each person is feeling about strengths and weaknesses. So, after recruitment and selection process I must meet the requirements of the jobs in the firm. An effective process displays the professionalism of the company at the very first moments when the candidate wishes to onboard or start working. Right person is important part in the firm to keep clients happy and establish a reputation of the brand. So, it is mandatory to take more time over this process and think deeply about what the business needs from the staff members in order to achieve success. In order to find out which job applicant is most suitable for the company so that it will be easy for them to be successful is the most critical task. In the interview process, I have learned that the selection procedure is a tough part for human resources department. So, it is important for candidates to be prepared in order to get selected.
