By conducting personal audit currentskills are identified. This report will describe about benefits of professional development forstakeholders. It will show skills required for specific job role and discussing learning theoriesand approaches available. At last a job interview is taken and its strength and weakness isidentified. For present report organisation taken in Cox and Kings.
