This report presents an individual coursework focusing on personal skill audit and development. It includes three main tasks: analyzing a personal skill audit to identify strengths and weaknesses, developing SMART objectives for skill improvement, and creating a spreadsheet to analyze data related to iPhone and Samsung Galaxy prices. The skill audit identifies both positive and negative skills, emphasizing the importance of improving weaknesses for career success. INTRODUCTION
The second part of the report is based on individual coursework in which there are three
tasks. The first task is all about skill audit in which the strength and weakness of individual is
determined and also the skills which need to be develop is discussed (Supriadi and et. al., 2019).
In second task, the skills which must need to improve and also the mart objectives are developed
in order to improve the skills. In third task, spreadsheet is created in by presenting the data and
analysis of iphone and Samsung galaxy.

It is being identified from the above Personal Skill Audit that there are two types of skills
such as positive and negative. From the above information it is being analyzed that individual
have positive as well as negative skills in which they have to focus on improving it (Cajiao and
Burke, 2016). In order to make successful career it is important to focus on improving the skills
in which individual is weak (Teoli, Sanvictores and An, 2019).
Strength Weaknesses

 From the above analysis, it is being
determined that my leadership skills is
strong due to which I’m able to handle
and lead the team in effective and
efficient manner. I also have an ability
to encourage and provide clear vision
to my team members due to which it
helps in maintaining good relations
with fellow members (Roussy, Barbe
and Raimbault, 2020).
 One of the skill in which I am good is
time management skills. I have an
ability to manage the time and meet the
targets on deadline. For my effective
time management skills, I also get
appreciated from my fellow members. I
focus on setting my goals correctly and
also prioritize them wisely in order to
gain better results.
 My listening skill is also good as I pay
attention to hear and interpret what
other people are saying. I can
understand the matter and also open to
accept the ideas and information. I also
focus on rephrasing and summarizing
the ideas and thoughts of speaker.
 I have basic knowledge of IT which
helps in boosting my confidence while
using emerging technology (Cottrell,
2015). Through having IT skills I can
save my time and money and focus on

to face difficulties regarding maintaining
strong bond with my team members and
also I face problem in making decision
related to management.
 I face difficulty in calculating the basic
numerical data which reduces my morale
and confidence to determine the correct and

Cleveland, 2015). I use calculator in order
to compute the digits and answer the

 My Communication skill is not so effective
due to which I face problem while
interacting and communicating with other
people. In order to convey the clear
message and information it is important to
have good communication skill.
 I face problem in making effective decision
for the betterment of individual or
organization. Decision making skill is
important for effective leadership and
management so I have to focus on
improving my decision making skill so that
I can make better decision (Sarsby, 2016).

 List the retail prices for the Samsung Galaxy and iPhone from 2015-19.
The above is the list of prices of iphone 6S and Samsung galaxy S in UK from the year
2015-2019.
2) State the differences between the prices of the mobile phone.
Interpretation: From the above differences calculated it can be analysed that, in 2015,
there was a huge difference of $100 but as the demand decreases, the difference in the prices also
diminishes.

 Difference of percentage between the prices.
Interpretation: Form the above table, it can be evaluated that the difference in 2015 was
15.41, taking iPhone price as the basis. In 2016, the deviation increased then it continuously
decreased from 2017. The formula used here is =Difference in prices / iphone 6S.
4) Calculate the average price of the phones in excel and share the screenshot.
Interpretation: The above table shows the average price of iPhone 6S and Samsung
galaxy S. The formula used is =AVERAGE(B2:B6) for iphone and =AVERAGE(C2:C6) for
Samsung galaxy.
CONCLUSION
It is being concluded from the information that there are various skills which require for
achieving the career goals and objectives. The individuals are good in few skills and for other
skills they have to focus on improving so that they can grab career objectives. It is important for
an individual to focus on enhancing their skills and knowledge in order to remain competitive in
corporate world. A person can only achieve success when they have an ability to fulfill their
dreams in effective and efficient manner.
