Introduction
This essay will focus on two of the personal traits and qualities that I possess and how these
qualities helped me in dealing with the day to day activities. This essay is intended to focus on
what I consider to be my most important and strong strength. In the discussion, I will share how
these quality has helped me in dealing with future steps. The importance of such qualities. The
two qualities which I personally feel that has been inherited within me within recent times is as
follows:
 Leadership quality
 Decision making ability
This particular qualities has helped me a lot to groom my personal life. Besides, these two
specific qualities have helped me a lot to carry on responsibilities. I consider these two particular
qualities of mine as my strengths and one of the key aspects. It gave me the ability to look
forward because of the vision and to undertake decision authority. This two particular qualities I
have addressed that have brought about a devastating change within myself. This is my strength
and is considered as one of the personality traits. However, I will discuss in brief how these two
