2CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF PERSONALITY TRAITS Introduction This essay will focus on two of the personal traits and qualities that I possess and how these qualities helped me in dealing with the day to day activities. This essay is intended to focus on what I consider to be my most important and strong strength. In the discussion, I will share how these quality has helped me in dealing with future steps. The importance of such qualities. The two qualities which I personally feel that has been inherited within me within recent times is as follows: Leadership quality Decision making ability This particular qualities has helped me a lot to groom my personal life. Besides, these two specific qualities have helped me a lot to carry on responsibilities. I consider these two particular qualities of mine as my strengths and one of the key aspects. It gave me the ability to look forward because of the vision and to undertake decision authority. This two particular qualities I have addressed that have brought about a devastating change within myself. This is my strength and is considered as one of the personality traits. 4CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF PERSONALITY TRAITS Personal strengths Leadership quality- Skills based theory of leadership, it is a leadership theory that outlines what are the specific quality traits that make up a person a successful leader. What makes a body perfect in terms of leadership qualities? There lies a million dollar question of whether leaders are born? Or they are required to pass through a specific set of skills to possess such leadership qualities (Orphanoset al.,2014). Within every organization nobody is given the authority to be a leader until and unless a specific set of skills are present therein. I found that I was able to undertake decisions that resulted in a favourable outcome; it was all a result of my academic knowledge and practices. One of major criteria within this skills-based theory of leadership is that a leader is a body that is solely accountable, responsible and answerable for the actions taken (Guptaet al.,2016). There are various set of kills that lies under the skills-based theory of leadership; they are such: Human skills- focus on peers to peers existing relation and communication. Conceptualskills-takingintoconsiderationtheentireorganizationandaccordingto implementing a plan to undertake strategic steps. Technical skills- Achieving goals for the individual’s authorities that serve within the front line chain of the organization. Apart from that, there exist human skills such as the ability to reasoning, think and analyse the situation and based upon the situation undertaking the future steps. I found that these qualities I have developed had helped me a lot in my carrier and thus was able to identify that I have developed and possess the potential of the Leadership quality.
5CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF PERSONALITY TRAITS Decision making ability- Bayes’s theorem according to which a person has the potential to predict the future outcome on the basis of the present scenario act. It is like a cause and effect relationship such that hypothesis can be made whether the occurrence of the event will take place or not because of one specific event. Using the H and D which denotes the hypothesis and data. It made me the body to understand the present scenarios cause, such that I was able to critically analyse the situation and arrive at a proposition that the occurrence of this specific event might take place (Noeet al.,2017). However, this gave me a better chance to undertake preventive measures to tackle unwanted situations. This has to lead me to growth at a very fast pace. While working in office premises or outdoor activities being it in my social life or in personal life because of the presence of such quality I was able to understand the situation and arrive at a suitable proposition. However, making use of this quality, I was able to formulate my business decisions and strategic plans. It was all a part of my academic study and activities too that made me possess such qualities (Rahimet al.,2017). However, there lies another concept that applies within this theory is the ability of reasoning and thinking. Being a part of the corporate sector, I was able to undertake much of the business decisions. 6CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF PERSONALITY TRAITS Analysis of my experience During the college premises, we were given some case-related task by our respected mentor. Where the entire case was brought, and the area of the problem was well elaborated. The different roles within the case were entirely divided among the group and role was divided accordingly. The main motive of our class mentor was to make us understand the critical situation, evaluate, analyse and understand the scenario. Later, developing own strategies according to our individual vision to justify each of their statements (Staleyet al.,2014). This gave us an ability to think critically and strategically to beat the alternative role. However, this brought much of the realisation that there exists a need to think one step ahead in order to understand and beat the alternativerival. Thiscase study rolemade me understand the importance of leadership qualities and decision making ability that stays within very few hands. Whereas, the most challenging aspect was when the rival body used to make a strategic move and we would be able to understand the move but could not act smartly as we lack the knowledge of critical thinking and reasoning. I thought that it is just a case study and each of the statement related to answer will be obtained within the case study. Later, I understood the importance of critical thinking and reasoning and the importance of vision (Sebastinet al., 2014). I sensed that there is an immense need of the leadership qualities such as emotional intelligence, personality understanding, self-efficacy and locus of control for which I consulted with my mentor and requested her to take mandatory steps whatever may be suitable according to her vision in order to inherit this specific quality within me and the other. However, the mentor asked to get in with the practical life scenario and related each and every situation that lies in front of us with the management qualities. The mentor suggested that

It is not the help of an individual person that makes this quality and personality traits available to the required ones. It is an act of practice and vision and personal effort as well as the potential that makes this specific quality available to the required body (Lyonet al.,2015). During the teamwork, I understood that much of the management skills lack within myself and much of the critical analysis ability fails within me. However, another key quality traits that I found is that I lacked the presence of confidence within myself. The gap was so huge that my mentor along with the others present there was able to identify such and bring it in front of me. During the teamwork, we made use of a number of skills such as analytical thinking power, critical thinking ability, Decision making ability, the potential to look forward beyond the things which are addressed as vision (Hartgerinket la.,2014). Moreover, apart from this above mentioned key qualities I was strongly aware of the importance of teamwork and what benefits or goods can be achieved by means of such group performance under the supervision of the senior guide. The ability to understand the business undertakes and the burden of responsibilities that lies within the task needed to be carried out — the vision of an individual apart from the management or any higher executive vision. Leadership is a quality which does not mean that possession of such qualities will only resemble

Moreover, the corporation seeks for hunger, a hunger that will make an individual to strike or burst in terms of the performance. The hunger is evaluated taking into consideration the activities of an individual body. The corporate seeks to find the knowledge, awareness and dedication in terms of CSR; it is solely the responsibility of each and every individual employee within an organization (Dhaneshet al.,2014). It is not the act of corporate only to contribute towards the environment. There is also a need for a positive attitude. The dynamic qualities that exist within me such as decision making ability and leadership quality seem to be of requirement criteria of the corporate sector. I understood the strength and weakness that lies within me. I was aware enough regarding the potential gap that lies within me. I understood that I am aware of the key skills and gaps that are inherited within me. However, I decided to make myself more into the leadership qualities in order to arrive at a situation of efficiency. I was aware that the decision making ability and leadership quality that exists within me gave me the opportunity to claim that I was handy enough to be a part of the corporate undertakings. I understood that the capabilities that are required exist within me as my mentor feedback supported my vision. Moreover, as the day passed by my actions and efforts towards my day to day activities captured the interest of the neighbours and my friends for the changes that have taken place within me. I was confident enough that I can bring about the necessary changes within me (Dolgovaet al.,2016). Because of my skills now that I was able to evaluate every situation, which gave me the potential to develop more and more as the day passes by. I was able to develop the vision that made e able

Now that I was well aware of the business surrounding and the unwanted circumstances I was able to prevent the occurrence of unwanted situations because of my supervision ability. However, my academic guidance has played a very major role in grooming my inherited qualities.
