INTRODUCTION
Personal learning is process which helps in chaining perception of individual as well as
develops their skills and knowledge. To understand this concept, this report has been formulated
in which SWOT analysing techniques is used. This technique help in identifying skills, qualities
as well as opportunities personals have. It also useful in recognizing their weakness.
SWOT analysis
Personal learning:It is defined as those activities which become the reason of changes in
perception and useful to enhance skills and capabilities of personal these come from life
experience as well as attending events and through training and development session for enhance
the skills individual need to analyse their own strength weakness opportunity and threat which
help in identifying their capabilities as well skills they have and those capabilities the need to
enhance which help in build their career as well as for their personal growth this can be analysed
by using environmental scanning technique (Dominici, 2017).
SWOT: It considered as one of the most useful and easiest method to analyse personal strength
and weakness by using this technique individual able to recognise value of the skills it will also
useful to built motivation for self.

I am an content writer thus it have food written

manage team and people.
Knowledge regarding political and market

Over thinking: Evan though I have great
communication skills still not able to pass
interview due to over thinking issue.
Short tempered: I am short tempered person I
am not able to control my anger.
Saying no: Due to my helpful nature I am not
able to say no to anyone and it will adversely
impact on my business career.

multinational organization.

Threat
Changing in technology directly impact on my
career as I don’t have an idea regarding how to
use new software as well as I am totally
unaware with new technologies and software
use by organizations.
Changes in business industries directly impact
on Career (Hazzan, 2018).
Pandemic will adversely impact as I thought
that I am able to give interview in
multinational organization but due to this
Corona virus college not organize placement
events.
Not have time to working n myself due to work
pressure.
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it has been concluded that individual by using SWOT analysis
can able to recognize their own qualities as well as those capabilities which require to
developed . It also defines those skills which may create problem for their career.
