This file will cover the individual analysis of a person to define the personality, personal development plan with their CV and LinkedIn profile. Personal Analysis Personal analysis is a form of preparation of necessarily investigation oriented recognising which person in the selected firmshould acquire preparation and a type of activity they should receive. A person analysis recognise a person who is not meeting the desirable action needs or objectives. As an HR, I am having a very good behaviour and a better commitment towards work to accomplishing a successful task for the River Island(Marthasari, Suharso and Ardiansyah, 2018). With this job role, I can define the job duties, duties and functioning of the job to hire correct and perfect person for the firm. SWOT analysis will assists me to build on what an individual perform in a better way, direct what they are missing, and lessening the danger. With the use of this analysis to measure the place of a person before they take a decision on any new scheme. A human resources SWOT analysis isa procedure of assembling and analysing the information to response about the typical queries about themselves and how to direct a manpower. This investigation permits me to realise what drives the organisation and what type of judgement are going to aid my firm to move in a progressive manner. Strength: Astrengthis an asset or capability a person can utilise efficiently to accomplish its goals. This is a factor in which an individual can perform all the tasks in a very well mode. Strength will assist in identifying the professionalism chances that exist for me. In case of River Island, as an HR manager, I am able to explore more and more with a very good behaviour towards the firm and the employees of this firm. This will help me working in a very good manner with a commitment
towards accomplishing all the goals(Koshulko, 2018). As an HR manager, I am able to improve my capability of being an extrovert person as I got the chance to communicate with the variety of persons in the selected organisation. Weakness: weaknesses are those features of a firm that provides drawback related to different one. Weaknesses areall those belongings which I do not work in a better way. Swot weaknesses can stop an individual from accomplishing the outcome of a firm and its aims. It is a kind of limitation that will help in keeping it from accomplishing its goals. In context to River Island, as an HR manager, I also have some drawbacks in me which I should improve in myself as they are stopping me to achieve all the objectives of the firm. I am a little bit short tempered which is a very bad disadvantage for me as when new employees were are hired, this attitude of mine will show my bad face as well as bad reputation of the selected firm. I am emotional also which will not help me or a firm to achieve profit as at every place feelings will not work. So I have to work on my emotional and attitude of mine. My poor communicating abilities will also affect my personality as whatever I want to give message to my newly hired employee or all the other workers who are working in the selected firm will not be able to understand what I am saying or what I am asking for the work to them(Smith and Goodhew, 2021). This is a gain a very big disadvantage which will highly affect the reputation, productivity, and profitability of the firm. Opportunities: Opportunities means to the approving outside elements that could provide me a competitory benefit.Itis an approving condition in the selected firm's environment. It is normally a tendency or modification of some type or an unnoticed demand that improves the supply for a commodity or service and allows the company to raise its place to supply it. In case of River Island, as an HR manager, One of the most important external component for me is the opportunity for manpower development, because of the increment in the supply for the firm's commodities and services. Most of the business converts into an improved version increases or high reward for actual workers, with the development for the nearby gathering with the recruiting of various employees. External components also may available in myself as the capability of a firm provides an extreme success for rain maker whose growth in the selected business will increase the honour of mine or the selected firm standing.
