Week 1
Personalised learning is a diverse variety of the educational program, academic support
strategies, institutional approaches and learning experience that are indented in order to address
distinct learning needs, aspiration, interest and cultural background of an individual or students.
During my first week I had join the college again and I was very confident. The personalised
learning gave us a experience of learning in term of different skills, strength and need in out
studying. It give a clear understanding of needs and objective of each individual students and
tailoring of the instructions in order to address those goals and needs. It made enable the students
in arranging and organising themselves in studies. I was very motivated and engaged in my
learning and also take responsibilities for my own learning. During this time period, all of us
learned many thin g through experience as we work with our teachers. It gave me an opportunity
to show my capability and what I interest and what I have achieved.
Weak 2
In this weak, I had learned about the different model such as Kolb's reflection model and
Gibbs model which are most popular cycling model of reflection leading through the six stages,
explore the experience description, feeling, evaluation, analyse conclusion and action plan. All the
refection model help me to develop my skill and review my effectiveness rather than just carry out
on doing things we I have always done them. To develop my reflective skill I will explore and
examine myself, my perspectives, experiences, attributes and interaction or actions. A regular
reflection help me learn, and some simple strategies can make it a regular and meaningful routine.
It help me gain insights an see how to move forward.
Weak 3
During this week, I had toughed about template learning from my teachers. It help me to
structure my learning. I had also learned about SWOT analysis. This matrix stand for strength,
weakness, opportunity and threats. This tool help us to know our internal strength and weakness as
in strength I came to know about my talent, ability, capacity and other effective skill, whereas in
weakness I learned that I was lacking in many area like my performance level is very low and my
communication skill is also not so good. In opportunity I observed that I can enhance my learning
and development skill by various ways. I can learn more by garbing such opportunities which will

In this weak, we learned about academic writing skill. It is concise, focussed, clear,
structured and backed up by an evidence. Main purpose of this skill is to help us reader's
understanding. This skill are very important for me as it has a central role in academic arena. To
improve my academic skill, I use the online editing and proofreading resources and divide the
information in understandable manner. I check the quality of my academic writing by reading it
aloud. It make my written material very clear when my. Before submitting my final copy I pass it
around to tutors and classmates so that I get feedback in case of any mistake. Due to this, my
content become correct and reliable.
Weak 5
During this module, I had learned about writing skill. This skill is considered as an ability
that help us to put our ideas and thought into words in a meaningful form. In this learning time, I
learn that how to make sentence understandable and how to break the sentences in such a manner
that it become easy to understand their meaning. We had learned that the writing formate should
be very simple and impressive. To improve my writing skill, I make writing a daily exercise and
read thing many times. I also experiment with the different formate, structure and genres.

In this weak, I had learn how to access my study materials by using the blackboard library
search and downloads the booked form my syllabus and quotation for researches. During their
time period, I also learn how to avid plagiarism. Therefore, to avoid such happening I supposed to
write anthers books and quotation page numbers where I get this material form if form book or
internet. It will help me to learn use of adequate referencing like how I should write my essays and
course work. To improve my this skill, I am doing quotation from the author's books and other
individuals fro references I should write in paragraph which page and the author where I quote
reference.

plagiarism and referencing. I understand that hot to reference different classes of the academic
sources. It make us aware about the important of academic integrity and why it is essential to
avoid academic misconduct. Plagiarism is an illegal activity an it also impact the student's career
as it restrict them to learn new thing. By avoiding these type of illegal academic practices a
student get new ideas and thoughts which make them more efficient in decision making process.

In this week, I had learned about leadership style, leadership is an ability to influence
someone for doing a work. I got to know that how a leader work, what are their roles and
responsibility at workplace. To become an effective leader, I need to learn to mange time. In my
learning session, I leaned about the power of a leader and how they control their subordinates. I
had realised that for an effective leader it is essential to become a good listener and learn to handle
failure. For this I need to continue my learning skill and communicate realistic with other people.

In this wee, I had learned about marketing skill in my learning session. I found this module
very motivating and informative and It is very important for my future career as by using future
opportunity in this filed. By learning this skill in can keep up with the changing trend of industry.
It will help me to understand the customer's journey and their taste and preferences. To improve
my marketing skill, I am developing my communication and creativity skill that will help learn
about marketing strategies. There are some outsider marketing skill such as statistics, coding and
consumer behaviour that aid me to understand the marketing and I learn more thing about
marketing.

This is last weak my learning session where I had learned about motivation. In this
learning process I had developed my motivational skill as it become understandable why
motivation is essential to for any work and how does it work. We studied about many motivational
theory such as Maslow's theory of the hierarchical needs, Hertzberg's theory of needs and many
more. I motivated myself by setting small objectives and achieve them efficiently, the positive
